Indulge in a private culinary lesson at the residence of a Cesarina, uncover the mysteries behind iconic Italian dishes, and savour your creations paired with a glass of regional wine.
Throughout the tutorial, the Cesarina will share the secret techniques behind three true regional recipes. Enjoy testing your cooking prowess. Every participant will have their own cooking station complete with utensils and all necessary ingredients to craft the meals. Afterwards, enjoy your culinary creations paired with a variety of locally sourced red and white wines.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

A fantastic experience, you must do it - I had the ‘best experience’ at my hosts lovely home. I received such a warm welcome and was thoroughly spoiled. The food was amazing and I learned some new skills, recipes and tips. I had an absolute blast meeting my host and her two fabulous friends who helped translate, we never stopped talking, surprise, surprise they are Italian! 😁 we worked, laughed, ate amazing food with was in season and local to the area. I had a great time and this is experience is one I will never forget. When I return to Udine I would love to meet up with these three lovely ladies again, special people!! Thank you so much!!

Must do for everyone! - The Cesarina was incredible working hard to show us authentic recipes as well as welcoming us into her home and her family. I cannot recommend this experience enough! We loved our cooking lesson and the memories that were made
