Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Upon arrival at the airport, you will head to Kigali for a meal, depending on your arrival time, before embarking on a 180km journey to Uganda from Kigali International Airport. Travel northwards to enter Uganda through the Gatuna border, enjoying the picturesque scenery of neatly cultivated hills along the way. As you drive to the lodge, you’ll notice the local community becoming active, with groups laying bricks, mining stones, and shoveling sand along the roadsides. In the evening, enjoy meals and a community walk that will immerse you in the rich and vibrant culture of the Batwa people.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Begin your day with a hearty breakfast to prepare for the day’s adventures. With your packed lunch in hand, head to Buhoma park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing, where you’ll be assigned to your respective Gorilla groups. Then, venture into the misty jungle forest in search of mountain gorillas. As you follow the trails, you’ll cross river streams and take in stunning views of giant tree species and other primates like colobus monkeys and forest mammals. Once you locate the gorillas, you’ll have up to an hour to observe and photograph them as they feed, play, groom, and roam. After the trek, enjoy a well-deserved lunch and receive your official Gorilla trekking certificate. Then, drive back to the lodge for a lunch break before embarking on the journey back to Kigali, Rwanda, with a drop-off at the airport or hotel. End of the Safari. Gorilla trekking experience later the day transfer back to Kigali

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Join a group of 8 trekkers, accompanied by a ranger, to venture into the forest in search of the Mountain Gorillas. Navigate the forest by slashing through the undergrowth and parting thick creepers to locate the gorillas. The time taken to track the gorillas is unpredictable as it depends on their movements for food and shelter.
