Your culinary expedition starts with sampling simple wines, served with an assortment of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks. You’ll then progress to the more esteemed wines, which are served alongside a delectable lasagna with meat sauce and truffle oil, or some robust Tuscan Ribollita soup. This leads up to the highlight of the experience, the main reserve wines enjoyed with the signature Fiorentina steak.
