Dune Buggy Activity - Our tour guide was friendly and explained that we were going to do multiple stops along the way. We were picked up from our hotel lobby at the specified time. I was also contacted by text asking if they had picked us up, so that was nice. Along the way there was a mechanic making sure our dune buggy was operational, however their dune buggies themselves could be better as they were really old. Also, another thing that could have been better is the time allotted for each stop, specifically at the beach because it felt a bit rushed, we were only there for 20 minutes. It would be nice if they extended the time at the beach to at least 45 minutes. I recommend bringing water shoes, an old t-shirt (you’re gonna get muddy), a bandana and shades to cover your face. All in all, we had a good time and I do recommend this activity.

Great day. Tour guide rude. - Was a really good experience overall. Had a briefing then we drove to this shop where they had cigars and other stuff they try and get you too buy. You don't get a free cigar. You have to pay for it. Then we went to the caves which was really good however the tour guide made everything rushed. He was rude and made everything rushed. After jumping in the caves me and my partner was getting our shoes back on and he was just starring at us saying "everyone is waiting on you 2 hurry up". When this wasnt the case. Very rude. However apart from that the actually dune bugging experience was overall really good.

Good, Could've Been Better - I enjoyed my experience overall. I loved getting dirty and splashing through the mud puddles! They also give you a lot of riding time and enough time for the beach, cave, and cigar portions of the tour. My only disappointment was that I never received the photos I paid $40 for! I tried the phone number and email provided and am still waiting to hear something! I would suggest this experience, just don't buy the pictures unless they can guarantee to give them to you before you leave the area!

Disappointed - We paid for an upgrade but when they put us in our upgraded buggy one guy stated " I see you guys paid for an upgrade and that he could take us on a private tour for an extra $90" and when we declined he changed our buggy out. We did not experience the muddy adventure that we paid for. We came back just as clean as we left. We were disappointed. Paying for the upgrade is not worth it, the regular buggy gets you very muddy.

Not COVID safe and way to many people - No English person to explain the tour only Spanish or French. It's not organized (one person telling you to get on a buggie and then two more people telling you not to get on it and get on another one). Way to many people on this buggie ride to actually ride. It was over 30 buggies and other tour companies was with us too and that made it over 100 buggies. We stopped 1 minute after taking off on the buggies to get coffee (lets just say they don't care about Covid, it was over 100 people under a shed that was getting coffee). After that, we went to the cave and It was way too many people to even get to it. Further, we didn't even go to the beach. Very disappointed
