Collected from our guest house in an amazing off road vehicle. Lovely boat trip on the lake, taking in the wildlife and stunning sunset. Fed the catfish before we set off, such huge fish. Fruit snack, hot drink and rusks a nice treat. Lots of stops to see the magnificent hippos. Lucky enough to see a baby stood on Mamma's back. Excellent - Our guide/skipper was very informative, knowledgeable and we loved his sense of humour. We had the privilege to see a lot of hippos in the water and some hippo yawns, a few crocodiles, have a nice cup of hot chocolate and watch a beautiful sunset over the lake. Would recommend!

Awesome experience - The journey was amazing and the trip for our 20 years marriage anniversary which was awesome. The captain Siyabonga was also great. Give him a raise. St Lucia is great destination. We found peace and renewable journey to the next decade.

Great opportunity to see hippos! - So happy we were able to do this excursion. We came from a cruise ship so had an hour taxi ride to and from, but so worth it! Our taxi driver did not take us to the correct drop off point, but a kind person contacted the tour operator who obliged us and we were quickly on our way to the boat. There were 8 people and the boat driver. The boat was set up so that we were all able to view and take photos easily. The driver was knowledgeable and made us all feel secure in what we were doing. We saw so many hippos! Would highly recommend this tour!
