Great hot air balloon tour with very nice staff - Most amazing experience !! Our captain Mohammed was explaining a lot of interesting things and the Falconer, Amine, was super nice and showing us a lot of nice things. I highly recommend this experience !

An Unforgettable Sunrise Experience - I was picked up at 4:00 a.m., and because it was so early and I was traveling alone, I felt a little nervous and scared at first. However, this tour turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The hot air balloon ride and the in-flight falcon show were absolutely unforgettable. We flew in the balloon for about one hour, and I was lucky enough to see the second sunrise of 2026 from the sky. It is a moment I will remember for the rest of my life. I truly loved this experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Great first time in a hot air balloon! - We had a great experience! First time we had a hot air balloon flight, and the UAE desert is a great place to do so. Everything felt really well prepared and thought through. Captain Arturo was very welcoming and was both informative of the flight and clear about what was to be expected during flight and landing. The Falcon show was a nice touch and its a beautiful animal to see. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing - From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. The pick-up was right on time, comfortable, and extremely well-managed, making us feel relaxed and excited for the adventure ahead. Once we reached the site, everything was organized with such professionalism and care. The hot air balloon ride was truly unforgettable — safe, smooth, and absolutely stunning. Floating quietly over the desert as the sun rose was a magical moment, and the falcon experience added a unique and thrilling highlight to the trip. Sunrise Balloon Trip - Great time from start to finish. Driver picked us up promt and took as to the starting point for the balloon trip. A quick coffee while we waited for the other passengers was followed by a safety brief. Then it was time to climb inside and head off to catch the sunrise. My partner and I were lucky to only share our quadrant with the falcon handler, who was very friendly and took some pictures of us with the falcon. Being next to the handler also gave us the best view for the falcon show. After around 40mins in the air it was time to land and the crew handled that safely without any issues. Once out the basket got a few pictures inside the balloon. Back in the Land Cruiser ww headed into the desert for some dune bashing enroute to the farm where we had a tasty breakfast followed by a quick camel and horse ride around the paddock. Our final activity of the day was the quad bikes. It's definitely worth upgrading to going out into the desert rather going around the track. More pictures later and it was back in the Land Cruiser and back to our hotel by 11qm. A very early start to the day but still plenty of time to do as you please later in the day. Balloon ride with Falcon flight - An early start to the day, but OMG it was worth it. Jamal picked us up at 0345 ( bang on time that we were scheduled for ). After collecting some other members of our party, we headed off to the desert to where our balloon would be. Our Pilot Ramee, was outstanding, ( apologies if I've spelt his name wrong ). We got to see the sunrise which was stunning and we flew up to 4000 ft. Then we got to experience the Falcon flight - what a brilliant handler he was, and his bird was simply gorgeous. After the bird had flown a few times, we was allowed to hold him on our gloved hand - Amazing ! Our landing was very smooth and the whole experience was well worth it. Jamal went out of his way to make the experience one that we will never forget.

Beautiful balloon tour - My wife and our friends enjoyed a wonderful hot air balloon ride. It was our first experience. Captain Ramy was very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel safe and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The whole staff was friendly and nice. We highly recommend using this company for a beautiful morning ride over the desert.

Definitely need to try even if you are scared of heights totally worth it✨ - It was an amazing experience. Scared of heights but this one of great. The falcon show was fantastic and the views oh my god, couldn’t get enough of it. We had the sunrise on point.🤌🏼

Disappointing - The hot air balloon ride itself was good but definitely don't pay for a video! I have been sent the wrong video twice now and getting a refund is proving extremely difficult! Overall I have found this to be a very disappointing experience and would not recommend.
