A Family's Desert Adventure: From Apprehension to Thrill - This was our first time experiencing this activity, and while my daughter and I were excited, my wife approached it with a lot of apprehension. However, once we finished, she ended up thoroughly enjoying it as well. Watching the sunrise, gazelles gliding through the desert landscape, and spotting the famed oryx, the national animal of the UAE, made for a truly thrilling experience. The Falcon show added an exciting touch, and our pilot Rami's lively commentary was greatly appreciated by everyone who participated in the activity.

Awe inspiring - Watching the sunrise from 4000ft was a magical experience and witnessing the magnificent falcon circling then returning to us was awesome.

A magical experience from the air! - A really great experience despite the ridiculously early hotel pick-up! I never really considered the take-off and landing part which were an experience in their own right. Climbing into the basket was necessary as well as some strong muscles to hold on when it almost tipped over a couple of times. You get up close & personal with the other people on the tour real quick! Landing was explained really well by the Captain with plenty of time to process but by this point you don’t have any choice - it’s happening whether you’re ok with it or not LOL It’s a bumpy landing but over before you really know what’s going on. All the staff were super friendly. From Ms Pinal Chauhan who is in contact with you via WhatsApp pre/post tour to the many crew members who were all willing to take photos/videos for you on your device. Our driver even took a couple of videos of our take-off from the ground which our great memories to have. Only negative was the questionable driving skills of our transfer driver who was either very julty on the highways or rather erratic when off-road.

Best Experience - The best experience, definitely recommend… made even more memorable by the staff… From booking with Leo, to the experience of the pilot + falcon handler through to the ground staff that cheer you off.

Uniue experience - Start and landing are an adventurous and unique experience. We really recommend buying the video option (you cannot film during the landing). The view of the desert in the morning light was really great. Transfer was smooth, the driver came a little bit too early but it was fine in the end. Hot air ballon UAE- u r d best - The tour was well coordinated right from the time we enquired until the end of the tour. Everything was perfectly timed, pick up /drop off, hot air ballon team , breakfast, dune bashing , camel ride. We will cherish this experience for a lifetime. Hats off to the entire crew..special thanks to Leo ( go to person for entire tour) Simba on the day of the tour. Must recommend for couple , group of friends or a family.
