Fun introduction to Japanese clothing, food, music and architecture - Excellent introduction into Japanese kimono wear, food, music and architecture of wooden houses in the past. Noriko’s knowledge and friendly personality made the Japan at Home tour an excellent choice for your time and money!

Enjoy learning about Japan! Food, music, conversation. - Wonderful experience for anyone who wants to learn more of Japanese culture and traditions. She is a warm and engaging hostess who invites you in to her home to show you real life Japan. Her English is excellent and she is a great conversationalist. My time flew by with fun and informative conversations.

A wonderful Japanese space with the lovely owner Noriko - I experienced Japanese culture at the owner, Noriko's, home. As soon as I opened the front door, I was drawn into the Japanese space, drawn in by the interior decoration with family crests and Japanese goods, and drawn in by the owner, Noriko's bright and gentle teachings, where she taught me tea and the koto. I would love to bring my overseas friends here when they come to Japan.

A wonderful harmony between a Japanese atmosphere and Noriko's hospitality - We enjoyed the wonderful Japanese atmosphere while the owner, Noriko, taught us the proper tea ceremony etiquette. She explained the meaning of each step in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable way. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but there was wonderful Japanese interior design everywhere, from the entrance to the room and inside the room. Thank you Noriko for your wonderful hospitality. I look forward to seeing you again.

Noriko is full of charm in a lovely room! - I had a really fun time. It was a lovely Japanese-style home that made me feel like I was in Kyoto, and it was a great memory to try on a kimono. Noriko is a friendly person who is always laughing. It seems like Noriko has a lot more going for her! I'd love to experience this again!

Meet a variety of Japanese culture here! - Noriko is a kind and interesting host. She talks a lot and laugh a lot, which make us friends immediately. We enjoy a formal tea ceremony with delicate Japanese sweet, full of seasonal flavor. Then Noriko helped me do make-up and wear a beautiful "kimono". Suddenly I became an elegant Japanese lady and can't stop taking pictures of all poses. Then we had a wonderful Japanese style meal, all made by great chef Noriko. Listening to her introductions and stories, we really had a deep dive into Japanese culture and history. This is definitely the most local way to do travel in Tokyo! Just make a reservation and build exotic memory of your own!

A Beautiful, Memorable Day! - What a fun day! Noriko was such a delightful and lovely hostess. She is so knowledgeable about many aspects of Japanese culture. The meal she made was delicious, and such a treat to watch. And Noriko is highly trained in the art of tea ceremony. That was a unique taste of Japan! And everything is so beautifully presented. I loved getting to try my hand at learning to play the koto. It was was definitely challenging, but so interesting. The highlight was being able to try on a beautiful, silk kimono, and imagine life in old Japan! This was not only a great chance to learn and experience traditional Japanese culture. It was also chance to spend time with our lovely hostess Noriko, in her own home. There was plenty of time to ask and discuss our many questions! An impressive, unforgettable experience!
