Yukata Dressing:
Adorn yourself in a beautiful cotton kimono.
Tea Ceremony:
I will demonstrate and explain the process before guiding you to make your own tea. Enjoy two cups of green tea accompanied by traditional Japanese sweets.
Koto Music:
Enjoy a private concert featuring three exquisite pieces of Japanese music, including the renowned “Sakura.” You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and play this iconic song on a 13-string, 2-meter-long Koto.
Cooking Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki:
Savor a delicious pancake topped with a special sauce. Originally from Hiroshima, I bring the authentic flavors of my hometown to your plate. Note: This dish is typically made with pork, but shrimp substitutions are available upon request.
Cooking Norimaki Rolls: Gluten-free
Craft delicious and healthy sushi rolls, ideal for rice enthusiasts. This dish is suitable for vegans and those with religious dietary restrictions.

If you want to immerse yourself in authentic Japanese culture within a traditional home near Tokyo, this is the perfect place. Our offerings include a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, playing the Koto (a Japanese harp), trying on traditional Japanese attire such as a cotton Kimono (Ninja costumes are also available!), and cooking Japanese dishes like Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki (a Japanese cabbage pancake) or vegetable sushi rolls.
For cooking, we typically prepare Okonomiyaki with pork, but we can substitute shrimp if requested in advance. If you prefer not to have pork, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange for shrimp.
If you’d like to make Norimaki rolls (rolled sushi), this delicious and healthy dish is suitable for vegans and those with dietary restrictions. For those without food restrictions, we can include fish for a more varied experience.
