Great tour to Machu Picchu with George - The Machu Picchu tour one day from Cusco was very well órganized with Lares tríp, the tour guide George was very informative about Machu Picchu, the history of the Incas and flora of the citadel. After exploring Machu picchu we had a good Lunch at Aguas Calientes Town. We strongly recommend booking with Lares Tríp!

Trip of a lifetime - Mauro was exceptional. He was very fluent in the history of Machu Picchu, and he took exceptional care of me and my father. Machu Pichu day tour from hotel in Cusco - Loved this tour. It was beautiful. Tour guides were a blast and very knowledgeable. Train from Cusco to Machu Pichu was stunning with rain forest in one side by the river and snow capped mountains on the other side.

Professional service to visit Machu Picchu - I had an unforgettable experience on my day trip to Machu Picchu! I arrived in Cusco a little worried about the income from Machu Picchu but after doing a little research I contacted this company and they gave me very clear information to visit which circuit to visit the citadel of Machu Picchu. I want to express my deep gratitude for the treatment they offered me from start to finish, especially to Mary who monitored my entire tour by phone, also to the Machu Picchu guide for her enormous information and the transportation service was very friendly. Thank you for the professionalism you gave me and the best treatment!

Tour guide was excellent - We had a fantastic tour guide who really made the day for us, but we had a lot of waiting to do at the start in order to get our bus. The bus driver didn’t leave me back to my hotel, I had abit of a walk to do on my own at 10.30pm at night.

A great way to see Machu Piccu but a few small issues - Firstly this was an amazing tour, the local guide was brilliant. However there were a few issues which prevented 5 stars. Firstly this was advertised as a 10 hour tour but in reality started 1 hour earlier and was due to end 3 hours later than stated on the booking. This was only communicated to me at 7pm the evening before too late to change other travel arrangements. Also transfer from hotel to Inca Rail office never arrived but hotel found taxi for me. To be honest the issues including the return train breaking down did not ruin an amazing experience but could distress a more nervous traveller.

BEWARE!! SCAM! Do not book this! - Beware of this agency and their Machu Picchu tour! Due to severe miscommunication, the agency they cooperate with in Cusco forgot to pick me up and I missed out on the Machu Picchu opportunity. Due to my previously made travel plans I could not reschedule. So far I am still waiting to get my money reimbursed, I was not contacted, no excuses, no help. I was told by one of the agents to drop the chargeback I filed with my bank, as he would "take care of it." Only that he did not when I dropped it. I am still waiting for a refund. This is scam; they stole me almost $400!
