- Chincheros - We will pick you up from your hotel at around 7:00 am and head to Chinchero, a typical Andean village which combines Inca ruins with a colonial church, some wonderful mountain views and a colorful Sunday market. We will learn about the process on how the local people make their textiles. A master weaver will show us their techniques and all the stages step by step, from the gathering of the raw materials to the washing process and the dying of the threads with natural dyes. You will also get the chance to buy some of their products at the end of the demonstration.
