Smooth Drive - We had a great experience with the service. Right on town and extremely helpful with our bags. We highly recommend using them once arriving to the island.

Airport Luxury Ride - Pick-up was fast and efficient. Trip to hotel in a nice suburban was perfect. Driver was very courteous and pleasant to talk to.

Great airport transfer! - I would highly recommend Tropical Adventure for their private airport transfer! It seemed a little expensive to begin with but we had 6 in our party and to get a taxi for all of us would have been close to the same price and it was wonderful to not have to worry about finding one after a long day of traveling and it was wonderful to be able to all ride together to our condo on the other side of the island. Omar was our driver and I can't say enough good things about him. He was great! We enjoyed it so much that we booked the return trip and it was perfect and it was nice to have Omar take us again. Just be sure if you book through trip advisor to personally confirm your pick up time with Tropical Adventure (call them). The computer program sent an almost immediate confirmation when we booked it and said our pickup time to go back to the airport was booked for 9am. We found out that morning at 9 am that Tropical Adventure had received a 1 pm pick up time. They worked it out quickly and were able to come and get us and get us to the airport in plenty of time, which was amazing. The next time we stay in St. Thomas, we will definitely use Tropical Adventure, but we will know to confirm those times!

Would book again! - The driver went above and beyond. He checked on our status from the plane landing thru baggage claim. After getting in the SUV, he proceeded to clarify the stops we needed prior to our drop-off at the hotel. He made sure we didn't need to stop anywhere else before hotel arrival as he knew travel throughout the city during Carnival was going to be difficult. Without a doubt I will use this company again.

Relaxing and Easy! - I debated how to return from St John to St Thomas on our return. After not getting a good vibe from other transportation options, I reached out to this one. It was a very low stress, comfortable ride with a very pleasant driver in Omar. When we arrived at the airport; I told my husband that was worth every penny! I will definitely use them again. Excellent Private Car Service in St. Thomas! - Our last trip to St. Thomas started out with a hassle, a cab ride from the airport to our hotel. It was a huge “cattle car” with guests stuffed in event seat and bagged heaved haphazardly in the back of the huge van! This trip we engaged Tropical Adventure - St. Thomas for a private SUV ride from the airport to our condo. What a difference a choice makes. The driver, Omar, was terrific. Exactly on time to pick us up, great communication to coordinate the pick-up spot, and a nice chat about the island and dining option. The ride was through the city during rush hour, but Omar kept us moving smooth and easy! Highly recommend Tropical Adventures for their private car service in STT. They are our go to now!
