Great tour! - Java was a great tour guide. He educated us about the whole island. We were supposed to have an open air vehicle but ended up with a van unfortunately.

Amazing Family Day on St. Thomas, Private Tour - This was a private family tour. Tony was awesome! Great tour and knowledgeable. He took us where we wanted. He also stopped by Brooks Bar on way to Megans beach to pre-order our awesome lunch. At beach, he took us to the less crowded area. Fun family time. Worth the extra cost for private tour!!

Adult Family Birthday Vacation - We had a great day exploring St. Thomas with Love! He was a fun guide and his knowledge of the island was just what we were looking for. He joined us for a nice lunch at his friends local restaurant. I would highly recommend this company.

Great Tour at the Right Price - We were in St. Thomas for the day on a cruise ship and picked up this tour dock side. The tour was good, but unbeknownst to us, it was actually like a HOHO tour, as people were getting off and on at different stops. The original two hour tour turned out to be a 3+ hour tour, and was very interesting. We went to various parts of the island seeing look outs and beaches and items of interest. At the end of the tour, we were dropped in the town centre and walked back to the ship. For $25, this tour is excellent value.

Very interesting tour, had fun - Booked through Viator while in the BVI in May 2015. I had a free day because 2 of my tours cancelled. I booked this day tour on St. Thomas. Took the ferry from Tortola to St. Thomas and met up with the tour after breakfast. Mr. Sunny is quite charismatic. Very entertaining tour with his company. We saw beautiful ocean and island views from higher elevations on the island. Went to a large store where they make banana daiquiris. Line was very long to buy one and then we pretty much were starting to leave when some of us were still in line. Sunny gave us the option of 2 local beaches to go snorkelling on, then dropped us for a little over an hour at each location. There you could rent gear and a locker. Then he came and picked us up after. I wasn't returning to the cruise ship port as the others since I had come from the BVI. I had asked at the start if I could be dropped at the other ferry terminal, and he agreed. So I ended up at the terminal I needed to return to the BVI. It was in the direction after the beach visit. Had a very nice time and also very beautiful sunny day on St. Thomas taking this tour.

Sapphire Beach is to die for - St. Thomas is one of my most favourite places in the world. Everyone is so friendly and they are not pushy at all. Because we only had a day to spend there (on a cruise) Sunny Liston Tours made the most of it. Start you off with shopping, then sightseeing, and wrap it up at the beach. This company gets you to public and resort beaches. If you get the chance, make sure you go to Sapphire Beach. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an issue with timing of it all. Dropped us off at shops and said come back to meeting place at 1230. They arrive closer to 1 and mass confusion trying to get people back on the trucks. Mountain Top stop was quite crowded, and trying to find parking spots cut the time short at that site. Finally, when they picked us up from the beach, there was only one truck, yet there were too many people to fit in one truck. So we waited for the second truck to arrive as well. A nice gesture since you don't want to leave people behind and make them feel stranded until the next truck arrived. However, this really cut close to our time we had to get back to the ship. All aboard was scheduled for 5:30 and we arrived just before the ship closed. Because of these three stops, we were placed on three different trucks with different drivers. This affects the experience and relationship you build with the drivers. Had it been the same driver the whole day through, I would have given it 5 stars. All drivers were excellent and quite personable, but you could see the disorganization at pickup and dropoff points. Do not fear though, you will never be left stranded by this company. Regardless, it is definitely worth it when you spend the afternoon at Sapphire Beach.

Low customer service - did not take the tour - As St. Thomas was one stop on our cruise I booked and paid the 10:30 AM tour in advance. Received a confirmation for this tour but several days later a reschedule to the 11:30 AM - no explanation given. To make a long story short - we ended up not taking the tour (also due to the time change) and politely asked whether we would receive a partial refund (since we did not utilize any of the services). Answer was that any no-show or cancellation will not be refunded, not even partially. Hey, thanks for that great service!

Hectic, Long Waits, Not Fun - This tour company came highly recommended by family due to the fun party atmosphere. There were certainly some times of fun driving around the island listening to loud music, but these were overshadowed by the feeling of disorganization, long waits, and crowds. We were in port on a day when there were four cruise ships at St Thomas. Because of this, there were many people trying to see the same attractions. The staff of Sunny Liston, however, didn't seem to be prepared for the logistics of this. In addition, it seemed more important to the tour company to cram as many people as possible onto each bus rather than to make sure people got to where they were going in a timely manner. Each row of the bus was required to have at least five people, regardless of the size of said people; and buses waited until they were full before they proceeded to the next destination. The result of the busy day in port and the tour company's profit motives was, unfortunately, that we ended up waiting A LOT. We waited at the shopping area and at the Mountaintop for long after they asked us to rendezvous, and we also waited in the bus at the beach for at least twenty minutes. By the time the tour was half over, we were ready to head back; it was no longer any fun to be herded like cattle and crowded in with strangers (who were also cranky due to being herded and crowded). We opted not to spend any time at the beach, but those who did ended up almost missing the ship because Sunny Liston underestimated the traffic getting back to the port. I appreciate what the company is trying to do: inject some fun and lively atmosphere into the tour experience. Unfortunately, this goal is greatly undermined by the drive to get as many people as possible onto the buses, and the lack of planning with traffic and congestion. Next time, we will choose a more laid-back activity, and there will be two more spaces on the Sunny Liston bus.

Major disappointment - would not book this again! - We booked this tour through Viator but not before we had checked out many reviews on Trip Advisor. Everyone we saw raved about Sonny Liston and what a great presentation he gave so we thought how could we go wrong. As it turns out, everything went wrong. From the moment they almost didn't pick us up or include us in the tour (we had booked months ahead), to the absolute lack of organization and coordination (actually chaos) amongst the drivers of the 3 buses we toured on/with. They immediately split us up reassuring us that we would be together when the buses gathered in Charlotte Amalie and reboarded. They unceremoniously dumped us off and asked us to stand with the other large groups already dumped off with no information or instruction - shopping, waiting??? When we reboarded, seems there were many large groups, they had overbooked and because we were a party of 3, there was no room on the buses. We were split up again AND had to ride in the cabs of 2 buses. Would have to say that kind of defeats the idea of a "family" vacation tour. I can't speak for riding in the cab of the other buses, but in our cab the reggae music was blaring away which made it even more uncomfortable. Plus, the back of the buses is designed for optimal viewing but the cab is the cab. Limited viewing at best. I'm not sure if we hit a bad day for Sonny Liston and his drivers but ours gave little to no information while on the ride to each stop and Sonny was definitely off his game at each stop. After the first stop, despite scenery and the undeniable beauty of the island(s), we were ready to return to the pathetic shop strip just outside the ship. It was raining, had been raining for several days, so it was wet and muddy in areas. Have to agree with coley303 about Elvis - nice but didn't deliver and didn't get the job done as far as reuniting us until several people departed the buses at Sapphire Beach. We all agreed we couldn't wait to get back to the port which is such a sad tribute to St. Thomas and all it must have to offer. Big waste of money and even bigger disappointment.
