Worth the time and money for a great family experience in Alaska! - One of the highlights of our Alaska trip! This was an experience that everyone enjoyed - from our teenagers to my 82-year-old father! We got to pet many adult dogs and to hold adorable puppies. Carissa and the folks who work at the kennel love the dogs and the dogs love them. They call each dog by name, and each dog has his/her own personality and story. It was amazing to hear all that goes into keeping these beautiful animals happy and healthy. It was great to see the demonstration of what the dogs and people wear to travel 1,000 miles in the cold for the Iditarod Trail. And we giggled the whole time we were being pulled by the dogs through the woods. The dogs were all howling and yelping to get chosen to run, and when they ran, they really moved! Our lead dog Hooper was 17-years-old and retired from the Iditarod but loves getting to run with the younger dogs. It truly is in their blood and such a part of them. So sweet to see this tradition continuing with the new generations of people and dogs! Highest recommendation!

Organic Roller Coaster Ride! - My family of five arrived on a cold and drizzly Sunday. No matter. The sled dogs were enthusiastic! Although no pups had been born, we still enjoyed petting the grown dogs and our sled ride was amazing! Thanks, Travis for a memorable experience!

Dog sledding - Dog sledding in the trail was so much fun. They let us play with the dogs who were so friendly. A must to do when in Alaska. Great dinner afterwards
