We were in Bisbee on March 16th and did the 7:00 Ghost Tour. There must of been 30 people on the tour and when we got there our prepaid ghost hunting device had been give to others who had NOT prepaid and there were no more devices available. I have messaged the company for a refund of the devise rental but have yet to hear back. This tour was just way over booked! As we walked the streets and the guide would stop to talk to us about ghost history half of the group could not even hear him because we couldn't get close enough to where he was standing.

It’s a waste of your money. First off I paid for the ghost detector and finally part of the way thru the tour mentioned it, secondly since there was only the two of us going we all agreed we probably wouldn’t see any ghost. No energy to feed off each other. I tried to cancel and was told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. NO where on there website or on my paperwork does it say that. They need to tell people this tour is not for older people with any health issues. So my friend quit the tour after the first stop. so that was a waste of money. The tour was supposed to be 90 minutes long and we weren’t even out four an hour. The whole tour was a waste of my time and money.

This was a waste of time and money. Our tour guide didn’t take the subject seriously. His information was vague and limited, not just on ghosts, but on Bisbee’s past. He’d walk to a particular site and say two things, then move on to another site. He should have embellished his thoughts more clearly (assuming he had more to say) and please…..stop with the “dum, dum, dum!!!” It’s not cute, not funny, and makes your story a joke. The guide frequently turned away his head from the group, which made it difficult to hear. Also, the lighting on the streets and steps is very poor, which results in poor footing, and tripping. I’m surprised someone didn’t fall. Attendees should be encouraged to bring a flashlight.
