No matter what time we meet, we will begin with connecting with one another and creating a judgement free zone where we can all just be ourselves and experience a deeper gratitude for the desert
We will stretch and breathe together while taking in the sights. You’ll have time afterward to explore the park and enjoy the morning.
Our all - levels gentle yoga session is 1 hour with some time in the beginning & end for fostering authentic connections to one another, nature and self.
