Great food and great company - Albert provided a wonderful experience of Dim Sum. He explained the cultural traditions of eating Dim Sum and its origins. All and all it was a great experience and I would do it again with Albert. After our meal, we walked to an Asian Market and saw various foods used by various cultures. I highly recommend this tour!
