- Waking: There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

1 First St NE: Please meet at the street sign pole located at the corner of First St NE & Maryland Ave NE (located across the street from the Supreme Court building). Your Tour Guide will be waiting here with a sign. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before tour start time to allow for check-in.

Great start to our visit to DC - Our guide was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter just registered to vote and it was great to learn about our government, government buildings and the people who founded our Nation. Exceeded my expectations. We look forward to booking again on our next visit.

Mostly plusses and a few minuses but overall, time well spent. - We had a train to catch, and we were given great directions back to Union station. Unfortunately, we didn't think enough time was spent in the Library of Congress; (hence, too much time was spent in the Capitol.) I am a history nerd, so this was time well spent. Not Viator's fault, but we though too many people were in both locations. (We even couldn't get close to the Gutenburg Bible for a picture.)

Your Guide never showed up. - My family and I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:00 tour. Tour guide never showed up. Called Signature Tours of DC several times from 1:50 to 2:15 and left several messages. Finally gave up at 2:25. There was another family there who had purchased the same tour.
Over 24 hours later I have still not heard from the tour operator and have requested a refund.
I would advise avoiding this tour operator.
