Amazing boat ride - Friendly team, amazing boat. Loved everything. My children received maximum attention. There was everything what we expected and more.

Pick the Sunset Tour - A nice trip out on the water. We did the 6:30pm tour to capture the sunset on the water which could have been the reason the boat was fully booked and meant that some people had to stand to see properly. The benches on the main deck along the boat sides are pretty awkward and uncomfortable to twist and view from. Get there early (we got there 35mins early, and wasn’t early enough to get up on the top deck). The guide was good and informative about the area and the houses. Thanks

Let Down - Disappointed. This tour is only 60 minutes, not 90 like it claims. Our guide had a thick accent that was hard for us to understand. My suggestion is to book a tour on a smaller boat so you can go up closer. This tour was not worth it at all.

1st experience was good 2nd experience was not. - I had a good time last year, but this time was not as good. before changed our boat to a smaller boat. While loading on the boat, the worker made us get up to move to another section for another group that wanted our seats, when we were already sitting at this section first.

Won’t book again - Was asked to switch seats to sit in a more terrible spot by the tour guide for a group of three because they wanted to sit where our group was and had been sitting for a while. The group of three spoke to the guide in Spanish and assumed we didn’t understand they were requesting to sit where we were sitting. Didn’t like that at all.

Million Dollar Celebrity Homes - on Pirate Ship via Water Taxi Local Guided Tours - I would not recommend this tour with Water Taxi Guided Local company. It was hard to locate them at the pier and the representatives were not helpful. There was no awning to provide shade aa you awaited to board. Secondly, the boat was an old pirate ship. See picture attached. There was no mention of the tour being on an old pirate boat. I've done this tour a few times and when seeing the Million Dollar & Celebrity homes, it has always been on a nice, clean and modern boat. We felt duped. If you are selling the tour on a old pirate ship, you should specify that is the theme experience. Save your money and book one of the tour companies.

Cheap - but not a bargain. - Booked tour for 11 am. Told to arrive 45 mins ahead for “check-in,” which consisted of an indifferent person staring at her phone and glancing up only after prodding. We were then told, without explanation, that the next boat wouldn’t leave until 11:30. (Appeared to us there weren’t enough passengers to leave at 11, but still …). We queued up next to a decent-looking vessel that resembled the photo when we booked, and assumed it was ours. Nope - we were sent down a gangway to what looked like a decommissioned Pirates of the Caribbean ride plucked from a salvage yard. The “guide” read from a cheesy script, lapsing between English and Spanish and mumbling most everything except the names of celebrities who (allegedly) owned the mansions and yachts that we passed. He sounded like a B-movie game show host. Boat “crew” ignored clueless passengers standing directly in front of us endlessly snapping pictures of themselves while the rest of us respectfully sat, as requested, in our seats. One star for the opportunity to spend 90 minutes gliding around a gentle Bay. Everything else was a joke. Inexpensive, but grossly misrepresented.
