Fun night - Such a fun time! Kevin and Amy planned everything and expertly shifted when the wind didn’t cooperate. They made sure we saw cool stuff and shared a lot of great info.

Amy&Cat gave us a great experience! - Amy and Cat were friendly and great!!! They were kind and patience since a couple of my family members were new to this experience. When booking just for future visitors a head up, they have 2 different locations. Fun night experience:)

Fun For Everyone! - What a great experience the guides were engaging and helpful. Weather could not have been better, peaceful night exciting with lights shining in the water. . We even caught a couple of fish and a crab! Back in the water they went what fun for all ages !

Best show on the water! - Guide Man Dan and Connor made this one of it favorite events on our trip to Sarasota. Between the funny Dad jokes and the plethora of information the time flew by and we didn't want it to end. Thank you so much for a great adventure. We can't wait to bring our kids to experience it on the next trip!

Refund Us for 1st Canceled Tour - Our 1st tour was canceled and we scheduled a 2nd one, but we still have not been refunded for our tour that was canceled. Why?

Beware!!! - We were notified that not enough people had signed up for our 9:30 time slot so we were asked to go out at 8:30. We agreed. We went to the meet up place at Siesta Bridge early. Got there at 7:45. Only saw fishermen there. Tried to go to other meeting place at Ken Thompson meeting place as this company has 2 meeting places. Once we got there at 8:15, we saw the kayaks leaving and we're too far out for us to do anything. We then got a text from a very rude guide saying that he would either give us a refund or we could go out the next night at 8pm. We asked for a refund. Then the operator texted, "No refund. We are not going to play the I can't find the location game!" We are contacting the bank to stop payment. People...please beware of these rude unprofessional thugs.

Issues with communication- didn't get to go on the tour - We scheduled our kayak trip for a Tuesday night. I showed up with my kids, and there were 4 other parties there as well. We waited for a while past the departure time, and then someone was able to reach Fun FL Tours and was told it was cancelled. The tour company said it had reached out to everyone, but that seemed like a lot of people to not receive a message. I rescheduled for the next day and it was cancelled due to weather and it closed out my purchase with a refund and no option to reschedule. I then purchased the tour ticket again as I really wanted to go. I reached out via email to Fun FL Tours and heard back immediately and via several messages throughout the day, I was able to schedule for the next day. That tour was cancelled due to weather and I received a message saying it was closing my purchase and I would receive a refund. I had a few days left in FL and really wanted to go on the trip, so I emailed a few more times about going, but I never heard back at all. It seemed strange since I had heard back so frequently the previous time I had emailed. Overall, communication seemed to be lacking, and I was bummed I couldn't go on the tour.
