Highlights
- Beehive Bend - Shortly after meetup, we will take our shuttle 15 minutes upriver to the put-in at Banks, ID. After a thorough safety meeting, we will begin our journey down the river.
During this 7 mile beautiful stretch of the main Payette River, you will experience some of the best whitewater Idaho has to offer.
We will pass through several class II and III rapids, including Go Left or You’re Fired, Bennett’s Rock, and AMF just to name a few.
Even with the excitement of the rapids, there is still plenty of time to swim, relax, and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
The trip will end back at the meeting location at Beehive Bend.

Trips will meet at the takeout at Beehive Bend Recreation Area located 7 miles north of Horseshoe Bend, ID on Highway 55- located around Mile Marker 71.5. Please arrive 15 minutes before trip time to allow time for parking. Look for us with the shuttle bus and pink rafts!

Awesome! - Sydnee and AMF were amazing! We had a great time. AMF was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and Sydnee had control of the raft the entire time. I would definitely recommend a trip with AMF!

Amazing experience for the whole family! - Absolutely amazing! Our guide Sydnee was phenomenal! She knew so much information and could answer any question we threw at her. I had 2 kids a 5 and 9 year old. She made it so interactive and fun that my adhd boys were cooperative and enjoyed the full session! Thanks again Sydnee!

Great trip down the Payette River - Great ride down the Payette River! Dawson was our guide and did a wonderful job bringing us down the river he grew up on. Definitely something I would do again.

Fantastic day rafting! - We have a fantastic rafting trip today. Pickup was prompt with an easy bus ride to the start area. The river was thrilling through the rapids but was well managed and super safe. We will definitely do this trip again. AMF Rafting and Sydnee were great!

Dakota and Sydnee Rock - Amazing views, super knowledgeable and friendly guides that made sure everyone had a great time. Learned a lot about the river and it’s history and saw amazing scenery. They also took awesome action photos of everyone through the rapids.

A blast! - We had such a great time rafting with AMF Rafting! Sydnee was so experienced and knowledgeable which gave me peace of mind being with young kiddos and first time rafters. Loved supporting a small family owned business who are Idaho natives. Photos were complimentary which was such a perk since other companies have you pay for them separately. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

The best rafting experience - hands down - Our 1/2 day river rafting adventure with AMF rafting was amazing! Sydnee and Dawson were fantastic guides! The care they show their customers is top notch. This is a small family business and they treat their customers like family. We couldn't have had a better trip. Even the post trip photos are professional quality and really show the best parts of the trip. Thank you so much for making our day special.

Good times with really amazing people! - My dad and I are doing a 2500 mile motorcycle trip from Washington state to Arizona. We stopped in Idaho and decided to spend a few hours white water rafting as neither of us have ever done it before. Sydney and Dawson were so kind and wonderful to meet! We had such a great time on the river with them! Nelson, the young man that took photos for us, did an amazing job capturing the day for us! We highly recommend taking a white river rafting tour with these folks if you’re look for good times with fantastic people! Thanks AMF!
