Just Do IT! - Fantastic time had by all. My 15 year old son and his friend have called it the highlight of our trip. Great tour guide who shared a wealth of information all while balancing great fun jumping the wake caused by other boats on the lake. Will definitely book again the next time we visit Chicago.

Fun tour for Chicago natives and tourists alike! - What a blast! After friends with a boat canceled our plans, I scrambled to find a boat tour that allowed for a great first-time lakefront experience for my out of town guests along with some local flavor. We struck gold with Captain Ken and Blackhawk Boat tours. This was a super fun experience. Ken is a professional who prioritizes your safety and truly wants you to enjoy your experience. This is now on my must do list with friends. Definitely a winner!

We will come back again! - Best boat tour!! Don’t miss it! We brought four teenagers and the parents and teens all loved the tour with Captain Ken. The kids stayed engaged and learned a ton of information with a very different feel than on the larger boat cruises.

A fun ride on a fast boat with a knowledgeable tour guide - An awesome boat ride! In addition to having fun on a fast boat, we enjoyed the guided tour along the downtown shoreline. Five stars. Highly recommend!

100% Recommend - As a mother of two elementary aged daughters, I chose Captain Ken because he is an experienced/retired coast guard, teacher, and well reviewed guide for boat tours. He showed patience and compassion for one of my daughters who was nervous on the boat and allowed my other daughter a brief moment to drive the boat while we waited for the lock to become available for passage. I enjoyed his company and he was knowledgeable of Chicago’s lush history. Totally recommend and would reserve again in the future. Thank you!

Would do this again!! - My husband, and I quite sure what to expect with this tour, Captain Ken was amazing. He was extremely easy to communicate with as we were running a few minutes late. He was very knowledgeable and safe, and we had a blast, flying through the water around the large boats. We could go faster, we were able to see so much more. We went down the Chicago river, as well as all the way out to Soldier Field. I would definitely do this tour again and bring my kids. Thanks Captain Ken for a great experience!

Best Experience in Chicago - DO NOT MISS - We had an amazing experience with Blackhawk! We booked a private tour at 8am - and wow - what a perfect time of day to see Chicago! Captain Ken is an excellent skipper with a tremendous fund of knowledge. He gave us a comprehensive and broad overview of Chicago and its architecture. He was kind and patient with our boys who ask a lot of questions. And, he provided great communication before and after the trip. This experience was the highlight of our trip.
