Best tour ever! - Robert was the hands down the best tour guide we have ever had. He was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the city. Everything was lined up for us, including tickets to the observation deck of the Willis (Sears) Tower, and the architectural boat tour. He accompanied us right through the check-in process. I would take this tour again in a heartbeat.

Great tour for 1st timers - It was great! Our first time to Chicago. Lots of good information, plenty of time for pictures at the stops. Great views from Willis tower. The architecture tour was amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Robert was a fantastic... - Robert was a fantastic guide, and this exceeded our expectations. This was a lot of fun, it's a great activity to do as a couple...my wife and I really really enjoyed this.

Fascinating City - My first visit to Chicago, this tour covered so much that day. Our driver Robert was knowledgeable about his city. When I return again I will be taking another tour with Viator. It was pricey but worth every penny.

Chicago Downtown Tour - This trip was amazing. We did not feel rushed and our guide was super amazing. The fact that we did not have to drive or park in the various places we visited was wonderful. At the end of the trip our guide was nice enough to drop us off where we had left our car and it was seamless. Constantly communicating we felt very well taken care of. We would do this again

Skydeck, architural tour - This was one of the best exoeriences we had while visiting chicago. The skydeck was just breathtaking and iur tour guide, Sadie was do animated and fun when discussing the architecture of chicage and the history. Both those excursions were well woth it. Unfortunately the bean was being repaired, the buckingham fountain was running yet. Our driver sensed our disappointment and took us to navy pier, where we got to ride the ferris wheel, visit the shops and catch a bite to eat. It was a very satisfying experience Visit

Expensive and not a good trip - We were extremely disappointed could not see any of the sights because we were 3 people in the backseat and did not fit.into the small car. We had to rush through the Willis Tower so we could make the boat cruise standing in line for all we paid $1,000 and could have done the hop on hop off for $200 and actually would have been able to see the the sights our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable but was worst trip ever

Scammed - I showed up to the pick up spot 15 minutes earlier like advised and no one showed up. I tried to contact Viator, the operator of the tour, and I even responded to the automated text reminding me about pick up. It says in the description that the tour operator will attempt to reach out if they cannot find you. No one reached out to me which leads me to believe the event didn’t happen. Still not one person has reached out regarding this.
