Participants will learn to make delicious fresh dough and savory meat or vegetarian dumplings from scratch, accompanied by a simple dipping sauce to enhance their taste. Start by refining knife skills while preparing fresh vegetables and optional beef and pork for a flavorful potsticker filling. Chef Janet will then instruct on mixing and rolling fresh dough, as well as filling and folding dumplings like an expert. After steaming or pan-frying the dumplings, participants will create a quick citrus soy dipping sauce to enjoy with them.
