The Yellowstone white water rafting trip is great for children ages 8 and up. Spectacular views may include spotting wildlife such as river otters and bald eagles.

The Yellowstone River office is located in Gardiner at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National park, just minutes from Mammoth Hot Springs. We are located on Main Street (Scott Street) on a riverfront property within walking distance from lodging and campgrounds in central Gardiner. You can even see some of the rapids from our backyard!

Begin your journey at the edge of America’s first National Park! Start your morning by paddling the “Gardiner Town Stretch” and continue downstream into the stunning Paradise Valley. Before reaching paradise, you’ll navigate class I-III lively rapids, take in the breathtaking scenery, and discover fantastic swimming spots.

Midway through your adventure, our cheerful guides will pause to serve you lunch from a locally owned cafe. After lunch, spend your afternoon paddling through the picturesque and exhilarating Yankee Jim Canyon – the most beautiful and, in our opinion, the most enjoyable part of the Yellowstone River!
