Pickup location confusing- overall this delivered what I was looking for. - If you expect to show up to an actual Sling Shot Rental location, this is not for you. My experience started out shaky where I almost left, to where we had a good time once got things figured out. I was emailed 2 locations to pick up the Slingshot. 4305 and 4311 W. Oquendo Rd. Both addresses are connected to one large building that is the business of PGC- Power Gen Components. When you arrive, you do not see any signs for Slingshot Rental Vegas which is very confusing as this building is located at the end of a private business street. I had to pay my Uber driver extra to wait until we figured out where to go because once again- this building is marked PGC and nothing indicating any Slingshot or other type of rental. My wife thought this was sketchy and wanted us to leave. Instead, I walked inside the building of 4311 W Oquendo Rd and spoke to a gentleman who said that YES, this is the location for the Slingshot rental. He walked me down to the side of the building to the side parking lot where the Slingshot was. I met a young lady who took my information standing in the parking lot and I was now good to go. Overall, the slingshot worked out as expected. When done, I drove back to the location parking lot. Texted the company and the same young lady met me to confirm I brought back the Slingshot with a full tank of gas then released my security deposit. After the initial trying to find this place, this was an enjoyable experience. This is a side business for people working at PGC- Power Gen Components. Once you know that going into this, you won't have to feel like this was a scam. I had no reviews to read before booking and took a chance. Hoping this review will help set expectations before you book.

Vehicle in disrepair - The slingshots mirrors were not operational and legally you need them operational to drive the vehicle. Operator stated it'll be fine you can just take it. also had wires zip tied and black taped hanging from the underneath side of the vehicle down to the ground I don't know if these wires for were for brake lights or for the anti-lock brake system or for other more serious components that made the vehicle unsafe and the operator was not willing to even have them looked at. Just stated it will be fine you can just drive it. Very scary why would I ever put my family in something like that. Requested a refund.
