The Salt Caves are kept at a cozy room temp (approx. 73-75 degrees), so feel free to wear whatever makes you feel most at ease. Lighter colors are usually what is preferred by our guests. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the 45-minute salt cave session, allowing you to feel fully relaxed and enjoy the experience.
