Solid - I enjoyed the experience overall and it provided a mixture of digital art and technology. I was a bit nauseous since I personally get the feeling when there are too many moving scenes. I think this would be a good $35 experience for adults and $25 for kids. The pride was a bit wack. But then again the halal hotdog I had outside, after a long time, was for $6 and the last time I had a hot dog was $2 or $3 from a stand!

$50 a ticket. Art is subjective. - The tickets are $50 and the experience seems to cater more to people who want to be Insta famous/TikTok. One of the exhibitions wasn’t available when we visited, although, after walking through many mirrored wall/floor/ceiling rooms, this was somewhat of a relief. There is a sound room where you feel vibrations of sound on the floors and wall. Like being in a nightclub. If you have someone in your party who struggles with lots of stimulation, this might be very unpleasantly overwhelming for them. We were given a card when we went in and told we got “free” mochi when we finished. When we finished, we were told that they’d stopped doing it before we got out. Considering they knew what time they were stopping it and how long the average person spends there, maybe they should simply not try to incentivise when someone has already paid for the ticket, particularly if they’re not going to deliver. Exhibits/installations were interesting but not anything truly spectacular and for three of us, it really wasn’t worth the cost of the ticket.

Overpriced - Cool experience but not worth the price of admission. This is a $35-$40 ticket museum at best. Great instagram moments but that’s about it.

When you order TeamLab on Wish - Positive: a few interesting rooms and displays, prompted some engaging conversation, clever use of some mirrors. Negative: lack of theme connecting rooms or experiences, little explanation what we were looking at, no interactivity with exhibits. Someone in gift shop said exhibit was inspired by “Tokyo Lab”. The opportunity: I’d encourage the creators to return to Team Lab and observe the interactivity between participants and exhibits, use of different surfaces and textures, total insertion with images and displayed on all floors/walls/ceiling — not just some of them — and the smiles and laughter conveying a more joyful experience. Consider the robot drew lines in sand. Cool! But make it better: Provide app, let user select an image, draw one or type in a message — then have robot draw it. Rating: 2/5. If you’ve never been to Team Lab or seen Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirror Rooms you may find your senses stimulated. But if you’ve seen the originals this is will rate “meh” in comparison. Conclusion: It’s like someone ordered a copy of Team Lab on Wish. Do not go.

Not worth the hype - Checked out this attraction while in NYC. My wife saw this heavily promoted on instagram. I was quite disappointed for the price we paid. I was mostly bored while walking through dark rooms that felt mostly like one continuous drug- induced hallucination. Definitely not for me.
