Amazing! - Pick up at our hotel was so convenient! Uncle Moe was very fun, friendly and informative. The views were amazing! Would recommend especially for those with limited mobility!

Great experience - First time seeing the falls, was an amazing experience. We had a great driver/tour guide, funny and told lots of history. A bit chilly and wet,, so dress a bit warmer for the evening and then some with the winds from the falls.. Beautiful!

Best tour company ever! - This was the best company! Instead of canceling tour, they came and completed tour for just us, 2 people!! Uncle Mo used his own, very nice SUV. Communication was excellent. Tour was amazing, great pictures and so close to falls at Goat Island. Great spot for fireworks. He didn’t rush us and even went over in time. Tour guide was very... - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and it was so nice to be picked up at our hotel and dropped off afterwards. I would highly recommend this tour.

Disappointed - Not impressed with this tour. It was more transportation than a tour. Driver was not welcoming and our “guide” met us at the bus and directed us to the viewing area, maybe all of 5 minutes. We were told to “hurry back” after 5 minutes of fireworks in order to help the driver avoid bad traffic. The light show was literally nothing, random colored mist above the falls, nothing like the photos in the promotion. Having been to the island on prior tours we could have driven ourselves at no expense. Administratively this company was also lacking. I received conflicting information about pickup and timing several times. Fortunately I was conscientious enough to confirm the day of tour after receiving emails and texts with conflicting details. I would be hesitant to book another tour with this company. Promotions were greatly exaggerated. Truthfully I would like a refund.

Basically a ride for 3 blocks - We paid basically to be picked up and driven 3 blocks and had no guide that stayed with us or anything. What made it worse she said goat island not as good as prospect.

Worthless ride - To start the tour guide explained that it was a better show at prospect park than taking us to goat island and horseshoe falls, the park is approximately 4 blocks from my hotel. It was basically a taxi ride for 4 blocks which cost approx. $80.00 but we spent 30 minute: riding around getting others guest The fireworks show is free so if you are close to this area just walk down and see the show, also by the time we got there it was so crowded you couldn’t get close for pictures. We decided to go on our own the next night and was right at the railing for the illumination show

This tour failed to add value to our Niagara falls trip - We have completed several add on activities and tours in different countries through Trip Advisor using Viator as the provider. We have always felt that the cost was justified because the tours added value to our overall trip experience. This fireworks and lights tour is the exception; it did not add any value to our experience therefore we strongly discourage anyone from buying this tour. I want my money back. All this tour operator did was drive us from the hotel 0.5 miles down the road and place us at a location where we could see a 5 minute fireworks "show". It did not add any value at all to our Niagara Falls experience. We could have walked to the same vantage point, we could have looked at the same lights for free. As a matter of fact the following day we wanted to verify that Viator had failed us after so many past pleasant experiences therefore we went to the same spot at the same time. I could not believe that Viator had ripped us off by offering this tour. We are sorely disappointment with Trip advisor/Viator and with this tour. It added no value to our trip experience, I want my money back!!! Do not take this tour it is a waste of money.
