Audio system didn’t work - Our Greyline bus #41 audio system was not working properly. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable but we could not hear a word he was saying from the very beginning of the tour. We told him know the audio was extremely muffled however he was unable to fix it as he was driving. At our first stop he made some adjustments but the system still was not projecting his voice. It was very frustrating as we all we’re looking forward to learning about the history of the area. We gave up complaining because was not his fault, the system was broken.

Definitely do NOT recommend! Waste of money. - This was an extremely disappointing event. Issues included: 1. We were the only two people on the trip, so we did not get the full trip experience that we were looking forward to. 2. The bus windows are so darkly tinted you can't see the views. All you see is the reflection of people sitting across the aisle. Forget taking photos through the window. 3. The recorded narration was inaudible and garbled. We were especially hoping to hear about Lewis and Clark's journey. 4. Driver kept removing headset, spoke very rapidly, and was difficult to hear when trying to narrate in place of the recorded narration, as well as navigate traffic and twisty roads. Very unfair to driver who did the best she could. 5. Vile odors from outdoor privies on the road to Vista House permeated the bus and were unavoidable per the driver. Btw, Vista House was not open when we finally arrived, which we were only told after we were in the parking lot. 6. I have a painful bump on my head from hitting it really hard on a nearly invisible fixture (tan color, blended in with window tint) hanging over the front window seat. 7. This trip is for able bodied travelers only. Considerable walking required.
