Nice enjoyable tour of the river. - We found the Willamette river to be scenic and interesting. We saw wildlife, woodlands, scenic views, interesting homes, new and old industry and of course the falls. The captain was informative about all, as well as the history of the area from early times to the present. The boat was comfortable for our group of six. I would definitely recommend the excursion.

Wonderful trip on the Willamette River - An evening boat tour with Captain Charles was a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. We are a group of friends visiting Portland and he gave us a very interesting narrative of the history of the river and surrounding areas. He made sure we got some great photos of the falls and all the points of interest. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

Great way to spend an afternoon! - Capt Steve was great with our family group ranging from ages 11-71. Super kind, funny and accommodating. When we got back to the docks, my 11yo immediately asked to book this tour again! I’d say that is VERY high praise coming from him. 😆 Thank you for a beautiful afternoon!

Two Hours Well Spent - While visiting Portland and family we did the 2 hour Scenic River Boat Tour on the Williamette River. Four adults and two teenagers all had a great time. The tour was relaxing and very informative as our guide, Captain Charles did a great job giving us all the information about all the sights we passed. I highly recommend this tour.

Frustrating booking debacle - Here's a rephrased version of the text with improved grammar and clarity: "I booked a 2-hour scenic river boat tour on the Willamette River through Viator for a group of 8, including 2 small children. However, the operator informed me that they could only accommodate 6 people. Despite the agent's efforts to confirm with the operator, they were unable to reach them. I was offered a 'book now, pay later' option, which I accepted, and was told to confirm the status the next day. The following day, an agent confirmed that the operator could only accommodate 6 people and suggested booking two boats, which I agreed to. I paid for both boats (totaling $768) and received two reference numbers. However, on the day of the trip, the operator claimed they could only accommodate 6 people and had only one boat. Despite my repeated calls to Viator, we were turned away at the location, resulting in a missed attraction and full payment. Viator promised a full refund, but I have yet to receive it. This experience was embarrassing, stressful, and utterly chaotic."
