Learn about drinks while you drink - This was a great experience. Fun way to learn about cocktails and making them. All of the simple syrups are free of artificial ingredients.

Classy cocktail making class! - We had a great time at our cocktail making class with Colton! He gave us great tips and we made 3 full size delicious cocktails! Pro tip: snack a little before you go so you can walk away at the end!

Even the old folks have fun! - We were part of a rather large class consisting of about 16 young women celebrating a birthday and three old geezers (a friend, my husband and me). Spirit very graciously created a quieter zone for us at one end of the bar so we could hear better and Tommy kept the party going with the ladies at the other end of the bar. We learned some history, some chemistry, and how to make drinks two of us have never made before. We were surprised to learn that not all gin tastes like pine trees and it can be quite good. It was a fun experience and we will do it again if we ever return to Charleston.

Middle aged in fun - Tommy was amazing and the class was a great size of about ten people. The class was a lot of fun. We learned so much and even tried to make our own cocktails.
