The Canoero catamaran ride exceeded what we expected. Impeccable organization, guide, boat and captain. - There was a very clear attitude of making the ride special for tourists. The captain even sought to follow a whale that crossed, so we can all see it. Always with great respect for nature and people.

Excelent - Incredible tour, with beautiful stops and plenty of time for everyone to see and take pictures of the penguins. The catamaran was clean, comfortable, heated, with clean and easily accessible bathrooms. There was a cafeteria with many good options for a 5 hour tour!

You haven't been to Ushuaia if you haven't browsed Beagle - The navigation is AMAZING. You can't say you've been to Ushuaia if you haven't navigated the Beagle Channel. And we loved Canoero's catamaran. Mind you, it moves a lot so we recommend biodramine for those who get dizzy. And of course a round of applause for the boy who was giving the explanations over the public address on the boat, they were super interesting. Besides that he was very friendly, always willing to answer all questions.

Excellent tour through the beagle channel and visit to the penguins - Excellent tour and very well guided with precise explanations about the region. Very comfortable boat. During the tour we saw the lighthouse, sea lions, seals and ended with a flourish by visiting the penguins

A journey to enjoy - The comfortable location of our hotel, steps from the port, meant that in the morning we withdrew the passes of the canoer and in the afternoon we went for boarding, the wait at the port lounge was short (remember that access to the port is exclusive with ticket). The entry process to the ship, managed by the Prefecture, was fast and smooth. The punctuality of the departure and an unbeatable climate, with radiant sun and no wind, made enjoying the views from the bow a pleasure during almost the entire trip. A tip for travelers: Ask to have your passports or travelogues stamped on the catamaran! It's an original memory.

Good Tour Overall, However annoying level of commercialism to sell stuffs inside the boat… - We got via GetYourGuide.
The Tour is pretty good - a very nice experience overall.
The only negative bit is:
Too aggressive is selling all other stuffs inside the boat. The moment you enter you will be confronted in each of the table souvenirs that they are selling. The promo of food options they are selling. The worse bit is the very aggressive selling of pictures. There are two, albeit friendly lady staffs, whose apparent mission during the entire 2.5hour tour is to get you photographed and make sure you are enticed to buy before you disembark. Few times when we were standing by the railing of the boat to appreciate the view, we’ve been asked to step aside so they can take pictures of people (i must admit a selected few loved the idea of feeling feeling like hollywood starts being photographed)… it is simply annoying.
I would recommend instead of flashing all the for sale souvenirs in the table to leave some pamphlets to explain (in Spanish and English) the background information of what we are visiting..

The worst. Not recommended. - I couldn't travel and asked to cancel. Oh, surprise. YOU DON'T GET REIMBURSED. Zero seriousness. You travel to Europe and solve inconveniences in the moment. This company is far from it, it runs like a kiosk... sorry, a kiosk runs better.

Nice tour but misleading information on the languages available - The trip itself is beautiful, but we booked specifically this tour with Viator because on their site they advertised that there was the audioguide in Italian, while there was only an explanation in Spanish and English. So very disappointing for my parents who speak only Italian, and very misleading information. The local agency said they never advertised the audioguide in other languages…
