Nice boat tour - Large catamaran took us around the Beagle Channel for about 2.5-3 hours. We stopped and got off at a little Island to go to a scenic overlook. We were able to see islands full of Imperial Cormorants, a small colony of sea lions and fur seals out in the channel. We'll run.

Very nice experience - Very nice experience, sailing through the Beagle Channel, visiting Karelo Island and the Island where the sea lions are and finally reach the "les éclaireurs" lighthouse to return to the port seeing the city of Ushuaia from the sea. It is also worth highlighting the excellent service provided by the company Info de Ushuaia.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

nice tour, bad pre-boarding organization - The tour is very nice and you'll get pretty close to all the attraction listed. My main reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is the process to get your ticket on site. Contexte : we were on a cruise, so, only one day to spent in Ushuaia. So, we wanted to maximise our time. We lost a lot of time finding the ticket booth onsite, there's absolutly no indication of any kind given with the email confirmation from tripadvisor. So, you don't know where to go to get your boarding ticket for the tour. And there's a lot of booth selling tour + all with long waiting line. We did have do go through a lot of waiting line before we got the right booth to get our boarding pass. From that point, they tell us to get there at 15pm on the pier, which seems ok for us, since we've booked a tour at 15pm. But guess what ? The tour is a 4pm !!!!! So again, we lost an hour just waiting by the pier for the tour to go on.... VERY FRUSTATING organization. But the tour itself is nice.

Disaster - We had only the phone number for the operator when we arrived in Punta Arenas. The phone had an answering machine so we asked our hotel to contact the operator but they were unable to make contact. No one knew where the boat departed from including a taxi driver who tried to find the departure point. We were not able to take this tour!
