- Olivia River Bend - At the beginning of the activity, each person carries a backpack with the inflatable boat, which is light, compact and easy to transport, weighing a total of 6 kg. The trekking is low intensity and lasts 40 minutes. During the walk we crossed through forests and peat bogs, native species of Tierra del Fuego. We arrive at the Mariposa Lagoon where before entering the water we will inflate the boats, prepare ourselves and have an informative talk on safety and rowing technique. The second part of the adventure begins, one hour rowing down the river steering our boat letting ourselves go. We rest on a small river beach where the Laguna Esmeralda stream connects with the Olivia River, where we will have lunch surrounded by nature. In the second part of the route, we cross sections with native forest and bushes on the sides of the river, the landscape that surrounds us is beautiful and our mission is to take care of it, always bringing our waste and everything we see on the side of the river.

On a half-day outing, which combines trekking with rowing, you will enjoy all the excitement of a meandering river surrounded by peat bogs, where at every turn the landscape surprises you with its impressive snow-capped peaks and glaciers, the magical atmosphere of the Andes Mountains. This activity is ideal for those visitors who want to surround themselves with all the nature that Tierra del Fuego offers, but for an outing that does not require much effort, a minimum of physical condition and a desire to enjoy is necessary! We carry out a low-intensity trek until we reach our initial rowing point, the Butterfly Lagoon, where you will learn the most important aspects and the technique for rowing on the river. We will let ourselves be carried away by the river enjoying the calm of the water, surrounded by the Andes mountain range with its snow-capped peaks!

Funny. - For me, things are generally easy or fun. So rowing against the wind in the lagoon the butterfly and over the river Olivia was not easy, but fun.
Walking with the boat in tow was not fun, but Leo made the hike much easier by providing color data, his experience and especially always involved in the landscape.
I know that no one asked my advice, but if you are in Ushuaia and tired of your legs hurting so much walking, try paddling with Táun so you also end up with arm pain! And so much fun, because I always get everything I see, I see it and I want it, I want it and I have it...

Packrafting in rio olivia, lots of rowing and good vibe! - The packrafting in rio olivia was amazing, there was Trekking to the butterfly lagoon, going down a path with a beautiful landscape with many trees and the view of the mountain range. When we reached the lagoon, it snowed and that made the experience even more beautiful. I read our coordinator a genius, always very attentive. The experience was a 10/10. Super recommended!!

I would do it again and again!!! Because of how spectacular it is. - Your experience is fantastic! From the walk to start paddling, the views woou! In addition to the place that bristles at your skin the energy and views are ineffable!

Ushuaia - I did the Packrafting tour, as well as experience Ojo Del Albino with Taun Ushuaia and the experiences were simply amazing! From the first contact, the team demonstrated total attention, care and professionalism. The guides are extremely prepared, experienced and very cordial, passing us safety throughout the journey, as well as sharing valuable information about nature and the region.
The supplied equipment was in excellent condition, and it was very nice to see the care with every detail to ensure our comfort and safety. The transport (transfer) was also organized with all the sympathy, in addition to a very tasty snack provided by them too.
I highly recommend the experiences with Taun! Unforgettable adventures, guided by great professionals.

Beautiful experience - It was great! They pick you up at the accommodation and drop you off on the way back. It's a cute activity for people with no rowing experience. Trekking is short and easy too. Ignacio a crayon, was telling us a bit the story of the place, super friendly and attentive. Includes a sandwich (you have to choose the option) and for dessert an alfajor by the river! And on top of that cooked matte, which comes barbaric for the cold. Super recommended. Thank you Rodrigo also for the attention and kindness from the beginning.

Unmissable from Ushuaia - It was very good experience, it is beautiful to see Ushuaia from that perspective. Everything super prepared, I felt confident and comfortable. Very good food. I recommend it!

Everything you need if you visit Ushuaia - While the scenery is dazzling on its own, the kindness empathy, and humor that these guides put into it is all that is right if you visit Ushuaia, to make the most of it. A really good experience - The company was super professional and the activity went smoothly! All the equipment was provided. The group was great and the guide, Ignacio, was outstanding!! The views were wonderful. I give it 5 stars! In my opinion the activity in terms of price was inflated, but that's the new normal with Argentina and specially Patagonia. Every activity, meal or accomodation is incredibly expensive. So the price is aligned with the cost of living.
