Awesome end of the world train - We had a 20 minute late start on our tour on Christmas Day. Other than this hiccup, the tour went smoothly and we visited various parts of the national park. Highlight was definitely the hour long train ride-it stops in the middle and gives you a silly photo opportunity. Definitely worth a visit-instead of the usual cruise tour. You do have to walk from port to their office which is about 15 minute walk.

Excellent travel arrangements for Iguazu Falls, Patagonia and Antarctica trip - When our friends asked us to join in a tour of Brazil's Iguazu Waterfalls, Argentina's and Chile's Patagonia, and a cruise in the seas off Antarctica, we readily agreed, and decided to do all our trip arrangements with Anda Travel in Buenos Aires and their Travel Specialist Susana Sandoval, as recommended by our friends. Susana did an impeccable job, making all arrangements for transfers from airports to hotels, and from hotels to sightseeing spots, accompanied by Anda Travels's tour guides. Never during our tour did we have a delay or a missed transfer. Susana is also well aware of the better hotels in the region, and was able to help in selecting very nice and comfortable hotels for our stay. Before our journey started, she had sent each participant in the group a folder with full information: passport copies; plane itineraries; and operational itineraries, to save on each participant's phone. She was always open to answer any questions we had for her, and suggested that we call her to have zoom question and answer sessions to ask about our trip. We had three or four such sessions to learn about our trip in greater detail. Thanks Anda Travel and Susana for planning and making perfect arrangements for us to enjoy this great adventure! We will certainly recommend your services! Shabbir & Umaima Barma Eugene, Oregon, USA

Difficult to understand the guide - English was not the only language spoken on this tour. This tour was also in Spanish. It was difficult to comprehend the tour guide since she had a very thick Spanish accent. It was also difficult to know when she was speaking English or Spanish. The duration of the tour was not as advertised. It was cut short by 1 hour of which we could have spent in the beautiful Tierra del Fuego National Park.

$486.18 cdn + 80000.... - $486.18 cdn + 80000. Pesos for Park!!! I received a message from the tour company the day before tour but could not read it because it was in spanish. I had to find someone to translate!! I with all the other tourists were at the office but there was no bus. We left around 15-20 minutes late! Old bus, no air conditioning, windows open dust from dirt road coming inside bus !! Tour guide Jackie spoke mostly spanish but when she did speak English we had already passed what she was talking about and had no clue what she was talking about. Should only have one group at a time either English or Spanish or other group. Not enough time at each place to take pictures, etc. Phamplets in Spanish, Portuguese or French no English?? Price should include park admission, other tours the guides paid so no line ups .40000. Pesos p.p. for park not worth the price. Would not recommend national park tour for the price. Very disappointed!! Expect some sort of refund.

Rushed, no comfort, no bathroom, old and dirty bus - This tour was very disappointing. It was very expensive and rushed. We really like nature, so we booked a 5-hour tour of the national park, including the End of the World Train. On the day of the tour, the bus arrived 15 minutes late (2:15 p.m.) and the guide told us that we would be back at 6:00 p.m. because part of the group had to be on the ship at that time. This was not the case for us, but we had to follow the group. The bus was old and dirty and had no air conditioning or bathroom. There was no translation and the guide spoke half the time in Spanish and half in English, so those who did not understand both languages missed out on some of the information. Around 3:30pm we stopped at the national park and had only 15 minutes to visit one of the main tourist attractions. There was no time for bathroom. The next and last stop at the national park only lasted 5 minutes. They said there was no time to stop at the visitor center, where there was a cafeteria and decent bathrooms, as well as relevant information about the park. We did the train part in a hurry and after many complaints due to the rush, the guide informed us that she had made a mistake and that the group could return to the ship at 7pm instead of 6pm and then stopped at an irrelevant point in the park so we could take photos. In other words, we paid the expensive price of the tour plus 40 dollars for the entrance fee to the national park to do everything in a hurry and miss many important view points and the visitor center. Would be better to rent a car or get a cab and visit the national park at our own pace, respecting people needs (like bathroom or water).

Very poor value for money and time. - The best part was the train ride for which you do not need to pay a tour operator. The train has its own guide. I could have been better off without the tour. We were given less time than promised at each stop. The audio system in the bus was also very very bad. It makes you tired. I returned to the same spots the next day to spend more time and enjoy Tierra del Fuego.

The worst thing I've ever done. - It's expensive, bad and crowded. It's better to taxi to your roll. The insufferable train, people dressed up as prisoners making jokes, just like the guide.
