Highly recommended travel agency in Ushuaia 👍 - We had the best experience here. Benda and Tomás organized everything perfectly and gave us good tips. We can highly recommend them both. If we ever travel to the end of the world in Ushuaia again, we will book our excursions there again. Thank you Benda and Tomás and all the best to you.

ok - We never had the breakfast the was on the trip we did have a nice lunch but we had to pay for it the guide was a little fast on the explanations of what we were looking at

Plus one star for nature - Two stars excursion if we mean organization. Third star - for beautiful Fagnano lake and cute grey foxes nearby. Prospect offered two lakes but in fact we skipped Escondido lake. However, our lunch lasted two hours. Everyone ate in 1 hour and languished another one at empty tables. During this time, it would be possible to see lake Escondido. In addition, we were forced to pay for lunch, although it was included in the tour. No confirmation papers could convince our guide. But if you don't care about all that and want to see a beautiful lake and cute grey foxes, buy this tour. One positive thing: after one hour near cold lake our guide gave us hot coffee with cookies.

What happened?? An explanation would have been nice! - I cannot rate the Kaitek Viajes trip I had booked. I had a confirmed pickup time and place for 9:00 am (kaitek viajes confirmed this with me after 10pm the night before). Instead, I was picked up at 10:15am by a totally different tour company that I had never heard of before(Brasileiros du Ushuaia). When I asked the driver/guide why I was suddenly with a different company without any explanation, he could only tell me, “I don’t know. I’m only an employee.” The tour and the guide/driver were fine. However, it was not a Kaitek Viajes trip so I cannot rate their tour.

Unprofessional - Never went on it. They left without us. When I made the reservation I informed them that we were on a cruise ship and were scheduled to dock at ten o’clock. I received an email that the reservation could be changed to the later time. We had a cancellation window of 24 hours before to get a refund. Less than 24 hours before the pickup time I got an email from Wanda that I must pay an additional $4500 pesos for lunch which we thought was included. Then I was informed of the meeting place. Apparently they forgot that we were on a cruise ship, and were docking at 10:00 and had to wait until the ship was cleared by customs before we could get off.. I had no control of this. At 10:34 we were told that they wouldn’t wait any longer. We were among the first 20 passengers to get off at around 10:40. Went to the pickup point but the guide was instructed to leave before we got there. Tried to contact them and didn’t get a response until after I called Viator. Extremely dissatisfied, we have been on over 65 cruises and took numerous private shore excursions in every part of the world and this is the first time this has ever happened to us. Ruined what was a once in a lifetime experience of a part of the world we will probably never return to. We were in constant communication with them and the driver about our situation throughout this. Waiting to see if we get our money back.
