You may have to wait a... - You may have to wait a while to get on the boat. As there are only 2 tractors to take boats across the beach to the sea. But was all good on boat. The knowledge Melanie had about the whales and Dolphins was amazing.

Excellent! - Great experience! We saw 5 whales, a competitive group of males and teenagers. The ocean was very calm and the boat was very comfortable. The captain and crew were great, took us touring around the park after spending about 45 minutes with the whales. Beach stop with fruit was good too.

They do their best to make you see the whales - We got to see the dolphins and after when we were about to go snorkeling they heard about some whales far away but they decided to ho anyways ! The tour ended up being longer and it was sooo worth it :) we saw the whales super impressive. We loved it !

Once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommend! - This trip was absolutely AMAZING! We were very very very fortunate. While searching for whales we came across a sea turtle that was tangled in fishing nets. The staff pulled him onboard, cut him free of the nets, spoke with us about what had happened, educated us on the turtle itself, and released him. They were great about rotating who was up front to see, so we could all see the turtle up close and experience this moment. Karma was on our side after we freed the turtle and we’re lucky enough to follow along a mama and baby whale. They surfaced so many times and played in the water by belly and back splashing in the shallower waters. Again the staff was very educated and pointed out that the baby was likely only a week old due to the usual birthing time period, and that the mama was likely a first time mama because of house skiddish she still was around boats where as whales that have given birth many times in these water will swim up close to the boats knowing they won’t be harmed. Finished off the day on the whales tale beach area with some fresh pineapple, swimming, etc. No photos of the whales included because I took videos haha. But HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. They never seemed to be in a rush and truly wanted us to see whales and dolphins and all the wildlife. PS the doggo on board was 10/10 wonderful. His name was Migel and was so sweet, cuddly and truly living his best life.

Excellent - It was top. Our Guides were very helpful and told us a lot about the whales we saw. The fruits we got on a beautiful beach were delicious. The opportunity to swim was also great. Unfortunately, snorkeling was not possible because the water was not clear. All in all, a great experience

Frustrating trip due to lack of control of passenger behaviour and boat layout. - This is a smaller size boat with an excellent, informative guide but restricted viewing due to passengers (and sometimes crew) standing up and blocking the view of other passengers. Every time a whale was spotted the boat was turned towards it and people at the front stood up blocking the view. Our seats were near the back facing inwards and the only time a whale was on our side, we were told to sit down. By the time we sat down (facing inwards) and twisted round, the boat had been turned towards it and we didn't even see that whale.
