Magical Experience - best guide & driver who went above and beyond - We went on a 3D2N tour starting at the Uyuni Salt Flats and ending at the Chilean Atacama desert.
The trip was magical - our highlights were the salt flats, hot springs and a hike to the cactus islands. It was pretty cold, and I highly recommend buying winter gear in the artist market that you initially go to (very affordable prices too) or bringing it from the getgo.
Our guide, Jose Luis, and driver, Santiago went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jose Luis is a talented flutist who kindly performed for us in the magic of the salt flats, in caves, and it enhanced the otherworldly sensation of the landscapes. They were both incredibly friendly, accommodating (we wanted to skip the train cemetery), and patient with our needs, and made us feel extremely comfortable. Thanks again Jose and Santiago!

Unmatched experience!!! - Incredible!!! The Salar is unique, it generates a lot of peace, that immensity, it gives a feeling of emptiness or emptiness where the mind rests in the present, in the here and now.

Hondurans in the Uyuni Salt Flats - One of the most pleasant experiences in our lives. Sariel, our tour guide and José, our designated driver from Hidalgo Tours gave my wife Isabella López and I, Manuel López, a unique and unrepeatable honeymoon in the Uyuni salt flats. We are from Honduras, and together with a couple of Japanese friends, who were on the tour, we enjoyed the landscapes and an unforgettable lunch. In the end, Sariel and Jose surprised us with a sunset and wine in the large salt flat with a mirror effect and we took some beautiful photographs.

TOUR IN THE SALAR - Abigail recommended us an excellent guide with two wonderful drivers
the salt flat was beautiful with a layer of water Cel was reflected in the photos, they served a great lunch with lace and wonderful local food. I RECOMMEND

Exceeding expectations - I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Abigail, Hidalgo Tours throughout the planning of our trip. Our tour was wonderful and unforgettable. DO NOT BOOK - This company will take your money and when you ask for a refund they will do everything not to refund you. I had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. Yet, it’s been over a month and still fighting for my money.
La compañÃa hará lo imposible para no reembolsar en caso de cancelación. Aún continúo esperando un reembolso desde hace más de un mes.

Irresponsible and disorganized agency - The disorganization of the agency's advisors was regrettable, they are not responsible for absolutely anything, we had problems with parking and the hotel. What stands out is the tour, highlighting Mr. Victor's work as a guide.

Unprofessional agency. I paid for a total package of 3 days. Not even dinner on the last day was included in the package. Ugly - Lack of total transparency from the agency's sales manager. Itinerary to spend 8 hours in the car. waste of time
