A superb insight into Uzès wine making - A terrifically entertaining & informative tour visiting three distinct, unique wineries around Uzes. Tasting wines in their “natural habitat” with input from the artisans who make them is a far-cry from the disembodied tastings outside of wine producing regions. Nic’s enthusiasm is evident & his involvement with these local producers allows an authentic look at & access to the wines of Uzès.
