Amazing excursions, would definitely recommend - Everything about this tour was excellent. Although the drive there is a little bumpy if you’re in the back of the bus, they take you to the plantation first where you can make your way around the exhibits before a guided tour of the house. There is then more time to go around the exhibits and gardens and to visit the very lovely gift shop and sample some of their goods or buy lunch in the cafe before getting back on the bus to go to the swamp. The swamp tour was incredible, our captain Trey was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining! We saw quite a few alligators in the water and even some cows on the banks! It was stunning and a really great experience wouldn’t 100% recommend

A great time! - It was a cold day in February, so conditions were less than ideal for a swamp tour, but captain Dewey made sure we had a great time and our visit to the swamp was the highlight of our trip to Nola.

Alligator on board - fantastic!!! - This tour was fantastic. The transportation from New Orleans was seamless. We did feel a little rushed at the plantation, but we still got a chance to see everything. Captain Jason on the swamp boat was great! He had many years of experience and was born and raised in the area. He was a wealth of knowledge that went beyond the alligators in the area. We saw a lot of alligators and had a great time!

We had a good time - The plantation is beautiful. The swamp tour was very informative. Although it is winter, we still saw 4or 5 alligators and we patted a baby alligator.

Money well spent - Pickup and drop from the hotel was smooth and the instructions were well written. The driver was communicative and on time There were issues with his microphone in the bus, but that is only a slight inconvenience In all, the tour was money well spent

It was a good trip. Had... - It was a good trip. Had to change our transport bus few times as we had booked the combo trip - plantation and swamp boat tour but did not have to wait in between transit. The drivers were friendly. Oak Alley guided tour was interesting. Saw couple baby alligators on our boat tour too. It was a long day but we enjoyed.

Ineffective communication - I felt quite let down by the check-in experience at the Swamp tour due to a lack of information regarding the tour we had already booked and paid for ahead of time. We were encouraged to upgrade to an airboat that was included in our original tour. I ended up spending an extra $113.20. I am hoping to receive a refund for the excess payment.

We didn’t receive a... - We didn’t receive a guided drive. The driver kept saying she couldn’t turn up the volume on the speaker because of the feedback. We couldn’t hear anything she was saying. Her driving on the way back from the tour was also scary. Recommend renting a car and booking these tours on your own. Very disappointed with this experience.
