Excellent excursion but…. - We really enjoyed this excursion but… making a stop just outside the port would be much easier than trying to find it the way it is now. Signage is not good at all. Also expect it to run at least three hours not two as listed from stop 9 back to 9 which is the nearest port stop if you wish to stay on for the whole trip.

Nice ride - old buses - Nice city, great locations, the tour was really interesting! Unfortunately, all buses were old and damaged, the roofs were not closed, the audio was defective in several places - here urgently needs repair!

Worst experience ever on this type of buses! - We should have checked the reviews before getting the tickets on this pathetic tourist bus. The buses are so old, dirty and the audio is so basic with bad sound, many times interfering languages. The bus has no other assistance except the drivers. We stayed at one of the stations for 30 minutes to find out that the drivers had to change and the other didn’t arrive, so we had to change the bus and loose so much time in the hotest Summer day. On the way back 2 buses skipped the schedule and we had to wait 1,5 h in the sun with many people . Our day was ruined. We never had such a poor experience before and it is so overpriced!

Very poor and discrimates against deaf people - The bus part mostly works in that most of the busses work. 1st bus broke down Online map of stops is not accurate. The ocenagrafic stop on the map is 50m away from reality Commentary appears to be broken with bits starting and stopping early. Then Comments about buildings we can't see. Drivers seem pretty uninterested in helping which is probably not surprising given the lack of cleanliness on the bus and lack of maintenance that leads to breakdowns Finally the Website makes no reference at all that if you are hard of hearing and use hearing aids you cannot listen to the commentary. There is no Bluetooth option that hearing aids use Just avoid.

Valencia bus tour - We buy a 48h ticket and waiting at the stop with plaza Toro. But it was no sign where the bus stopped and the when the bus come the busdriver not show us if the stopper before or after only looked strictly forwards… so be very careful to buy this trip. In the place we buy the tickets she was very friendly but explained so bad at we should cross the street but is a one way street so that’s no make sense to cross the street because buses have door on the right side. I have travelled in many cities and this type of service is a perfectly way to find out the city’s. // Fredrik

It's awful. - I always start a city trip with a hop on hop off bus. The bus in Valencia was my worst experience. The tour 'Historic' and'Marine' are very confusing. There is only 1 tour. The stops are also not near the Things to do in the old town. I was alone on the bus. ( it was sunny and pleasant weather ). After a few stops I was asked to change to another bus. The info about Valencia was also unimpressive. I recommend a bus card ( SUMA card ) that is much cheaper than a ticket for the hop on hop off bus.

Worthless uncomfortable ride. Keep your money in your pocket! - It's been a terrible ride. The bus drove through uninteresting parts of the city, lots of flats and traffic lights. At the hoponhopoff stop spots , the bus stopped n number of minutes (sometimes up to 15!) With the back part shaking so much that we could not understand anything of the audio tour. Really crap. Don't, just take a taxi, bike or the local bus.

A scam - A disgrace. 50 euros ripped off. By bus it has not happened after more than an hour waiting (should have happened 3). All this with a 3-year-old at 38 degrees and his disappointment.

One hour waiting for the bus in hot burning sun !! - I bought two tickets online and was excited to see Valencia on bus, but after more than one hour waiting with pain in the back and feet, I tried to call the company and after several attempts, I was able to talk to a woman, who informed me that several buses were out of service and that they didn't have any other buses to replace. So I cancelled my tickets and right now awaiting refund !! The company could've put one employee on the motorbike and send him out to inform the many tourists that were waiting in the burning hot sun, about the situation, but no, nothing !!!! There was another tourist bus that was green, which was operating, so when you want to choose the company, check out your options first !!!

Not worth it - Audio was not working on the bus and busses were took forever to arrive. The sign postage wasn't great either to find the bus stops. I don't think it's worth the money
