A unique dining experience - Morven's cooking class was a highlight of my trip! Her passion for plant-based cuisine is contagious. I loved learning how to make such delicious pizzas. The class was hands-on, and Morven was patient and encouraging. The atmosphere was so relaxed and fun. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in vegan cooking.

Surprisingly Easy Once You Know How - We had lots of fun, Morven is a great instructor, she makes it all simple. If you like to cook but are worried about it being too complicated to follow or replicate don't worry. You'll be able to replicate the recipe easily. During the class I learned how to make three dishes, each with wow factor but also very easy to make. I got a few ideas for other things to do with my cooking. Afterwards we took home a little bag of leftovers so we were sorted for dinner as well. The location is terrific too, right in the heart of Ruzafa but just "off to the side" a few doors down a quaint street. So you're in a great area with plenty of things to see and do before and after the class. The whole thing was a lot of fun, Morven has a lot of character and she makes everyone feel welcome.

Really enjoyable experience and great food. Definitely recommend! - I had a really enjoyable experience learning how to make Valencian coca pizza with Morven, she is a warm and welcoming host who really knows her stuff and it was easy to follow. The pizza was so tasty, in fact everything was delicious. I love that you can make the pizza with a variety of fresh ingredients, so if you are vegan you will also really enjoy this. A fun afternoon in a lovely place! Definitely recommend.

10 out of 10! - I so loved this cooking experience with Morven She is warm, welcoming, funny, and a very talented chef. She was full of interesting information about Spanish food and culture. We joined her as she skilfully navigated us around the wonderful Ruzafa market where she knew the best stalls to go for the best local organic produce and I learnt to cook a great dish that I can impress my friends and family with back home. We had wine and lots laughter sat around her big table in her beautiful home enjoying what we made. This cooking experience was way above and beyond what I could have imagined. Thank you so much Morven. It was the highlight of our trip to Valencia.

Cooking with love and pampering - A few days ago I was lucky enough to enjoy the cooking workshop with Morven. The hours with her flew by. We meet at one of the gates of the Ruzafa Market and visit the local produce stops where Morven usually buys. It provided me with very interesting information about the Ruzafa Market and the products and ingredients to use in the menu we were going to make. In his house, very close to the market, we prepared together the different dishes of the menu that we later enjoyed accompanied by a good albariño. Morven explained how to cook the different dishes and made me part of their preparation. And that’s how we tasted a great Valencian coke, a Valencian salad and a watermelon sorbet. Morven made me feel super comfortable, it was like cooking with a friend. And not only was I lucky enough to taste the menu we cooked, but you can also take home some coke to continue enjoying it. 100% recommend this cooking workshop with Morven.

Fantastic Experience very close and different! - Chef Morven very friendly, opens the doors of her house and makes you feel at home, sharing her experience and cooking not only the recipe of coca Valenciana (very good) also prepared a cocktail sorbet and a vegan dessert. All with Top-rated ingredients bought in the same Ruzafa market, which I liked to recover for the very close treatment of the people, the advice and of course the quality d of the products.

Recommended Cooking Class in Valencia - My friends and I had a fun and engaging evening learning to cook Cocas with Morven. As a professional chef, Morven taught us about local foods in Valencia and how to properly use kitchen appliances while we made our meal together. If you’re looking for a different way to experience Valencia with your friends, I highly recommend cooking with Morven.
