Essentials of Valencia’s history - The tour guide Sara, was very knowledgeable and great fun person. We learned so much in two hours of tour. The tour structure was perfect and ended in the right neighbourhood where we could continue our walk with some local food. Again great recommendations by Sara!

UNESCO in a Nutshell - This tour gives you bang for your buck (or more precisely, Euro) because it includes entry to the Silk Exchange - beautiful and fascinating in and of itself. Sarah our guide was very knowledgeable about the architecture and history, not only of the Exchange, but also the gorgeous main government building, the train station, the Market building and the Cathedral. The tour takes you through the most interesting parts of the city. Don't miss this tour.

A must try tour to understand everything to the depth the city deserves to be understood - The most knowledgeable guide Sara. She provided more insight along the way than I could have imagined.
Entry to the locations was seamless and she was super kind and friendly along the way.
She had everything from Images to maps to dates all pre-prepared and flowed in the perfect way.
Would recommend this tour as a must to anyone.
She provided where to go after the tour for free on sundays and the best local restaurant as a hidden secret for local paella.

Poor Customer Service - I originally selected this tour based on the reviews and customer service provided prior to booking. We were looking forward to this tour, however, our cruise line changed course the day before our planned arrival due to the recent flooding in Valencia. I contacted Turiat as soon as we were made aware and they declined a refund because the cruise port was still open and indicated our cruise line changed course 'without good reason and Valencia needs the support'. Out of courtesy, I let them know I would be leaving a review and they responded with 'act according to your conscience and social responsibility, we are working'. While the situation was out of our control, it's unfortunate this was the response we received while others on our cruise ship who cancelled tours booked through Trip Advisor and Viator all received refunds.
