Great experience - A great way to see the highlights when only in the city for a short time. Buses were frequent enough and easily accessible.

It's part of a city trip - A bus without seating comfort, seat worn, cold. Window smash, dirty. Sitting tight, no room for your knees. Nice tour. Bus arrived on time. Friendly driver. Place enough on the bus, but to sit on a bench as a couple is not doable.

Would not recommend - Everything about this was confusing. Including where to meet. The tour was as essentially a long bus ride followed by a short boat ride with no information shared. Then back to the bus. Would not recommend.

Avoidable HOHO Experience !! !! - A very underwhelming experience of HOHO in a country like Spain, a tourist's paradise !! The route does not cater to cruise passengers. The nearest stop is too far from the cruise terminal and there's no guidance for passengers. The commentary in the bus was more music than description of sites. Our driver was snooty and the driving was jerky and rough. Not recommended.

Horrible. - Take Bus Red at stop number 5 Océanographico and finish the tour to the terminal/start point, hoping to come back to the same place and well no. Arrived at the departure deck at 6:30 p.m., there was to be a departure at 6:45 p.m. and another at 7 p.m., but nothing. We had to go back by subway. Other negative points: - very old bus - bus very noisy - no audio guide -no comments from the driver, even in Spanish To avoid

Better not!!! Full of disaster!! - Never again!! Bus 1 hour late! Explanations of the stations are a boldness! Price totally unacceptable. Timetable was shortened by hours in the afternoon!

Scammers! - Terrible, just ripped off. We saw the bus once. Then waited 2x an hour at a stop, but nothing. Scammed for 66,- (there were three of us). Tip; grab an Uber!!

VERY POOR, UNRELIABLE SERVICE- DO NOT RECOMMEND! - We have traveled extensively and have had lovely experiences in other countries and cities with a hop on-hop off bus service. We purchased tickets for 48 hours and rode around for approximately half of the circuit on our first ride. The audio on the bus was extremely difficult to understand and often had music playing so loudly over the speech that one couldn't hear the words being said. I ended up removing my earpieces and just enjoyed the scenery. We got off at the number 10 stop then later attempted to get back on the "Hop On- Hop Off" number 11 stop, designated on the map (in front of the Museo Militar). Four buses drove by over the course of nearly an hour but despite waving our arms and our Hop On-Hop Off maps, not one stopped. Questioning the accuracy of the map provided, we followed the first two buses to see if they were stopping at a different location; they did not and continued to drive on. We chased the last two of the buses to a red light only to be told we couldn't get on and that they will come back around. We never tried the buses again, preferring to walk over the noisy, unintelligible, unreliable, unfriendly, poor service.

SCAMS - It's awful. Just take your money, get off somewhere. Within 15 to 20 minutes the next bus should arrive. We waited for an hour before we went ahead with public transport anyway. The worst thing was that tickets were also sold for the same bus at the stop, when I only wanted to ask if the bus would come I was shooded. It was literally said, "get out of here, get out." The woman then hid around the corner of the kiosk. Stand with your toddler. Ridiculous and SCAM

Never again - An imposition, waiting 1.5 hours in the rain for a bus. No one came. Timetable is not adhered to, intervals 3x as long as indicated. Been put off several times at the hotline. Ticket purchased for 2 days which was then valid for only one day. On the bus drafty and very cold, it rained clean too. All in all very unpleasant.
