Amazing place with a good audio tour - Such an amazing place to see. The self guided audio tour takes you around the church and tells the history surrounding it. It takes around 30-45 mins.

Advertising is misleading, since you pay three sites to visit and visit only two. - The church of San Nicolás, spectacular and the Silk Museum very interesting. The Church of Santos Juanes closed for renovations, but during the visit they did charge us for it, so we did not see it but we did pay for it

Which of the 3? - Silk Museum: very nice, made on Sunday morning for free with audio guide in Italian. San Nicolas: pretty, but only for free. It may have painted ceilings, but in every Italian city there is a nicer church for free.

Totally disorganized, delayed email confirmation, nothing on starting point or starttime, but good value - We wanted to find an easy way to check out the main famous must-dos in Valencia, and this seemed like a good way to do it. Unfortunately, we never received a confirmation email until basically 10 minutes before the first stop opened. No one explained where to go, or how the tour would work, no map was never given to us showing the stops ( until we finally asked what were we supposed to do.) Initially we thought perhaps a guide would walk us, as it is listed on TripAdvisor as a walking tour. But it is self directed, which actually is ok for us, but poorly explained when you reserve. The 1st stop- the Church of Saint Nicholas is breathtaking - and the audio guide in English excellent! The 2nd stop- the Church of Los Juans was a joke as it was being renovated - a huge task which takes years and lots of $. Scaffolding and workers chipping away with hammers all over it, very little able to be seen even though the audio guide tells you to look places but none of it can be seen!! Quite frustrating- just basically a tour of imagination. 3rd stop- Museum of Silk- very well organized, few visitors and quite interesting. Nevertheless, the value is worth the ticket, saves individual entry fees in each, so in the end, it all turned out OK. All they need to do is improve the description and make sure the visitor understands the plan of the tour!

Before purchasing tickets from VIATOR, check the operating hours of attractions on public holidays as they may vary. - We are disappointed because VIATOR sold tickets for the tour "Valencia: San Nicolás, Silk Museum, and Santos Juanes Church" despite the fact that Santos Juanes Church is currently undergoing renovation and was not open on May 1, when we had tickets. The renovation had already started before our visit some months before. I suggest checking the operating hours of attractions on public holidays before purchasing tickets from VIATOR, as the actual operating hours may vary. Valencia is a fantastic city with a rich history and stunning modern architecture to explore. I highly recommend visiting San Nicolás and the Silk Museum, as they are truly worth experiencing. I hope we will have the opportunity to return to Valencia and also get to know Santos Juanes Church as well.
