Friendly, helpful staff and great bikes. - The people who helped us fit the bikes and set us up were so helpful. They showed us a route to the area we wanted to go that would be less crowded with cars. They were friendly and understanding and didn't make us feel bad for our lack of the Spanish language. We rented the beach cruisers and they were comfortable, included the lock we needed and we didn't have any issues mechanically.

Valencia green - Fantastic experience being able to get around the city by bike. A dense network of cycle paths took us from the center of Valencia to the city of science and then to the beautiful beach for a swim. The guys in charge of the bike rental were really professional and very kind with their advice and suggestions. It's really worth renting a bike from them and it's also very good for the environment. Best way to see the Park in Valencia - We spent a couple of hours touring parts of the city on bikes. We spent most of our time in the park that runs through the city. It was absolutely beautiful and such an enjoyable time. I wouldn't recommend the bikes for the crowded part of the city/plazas as we did that and I took a bit of a spill - LOL! No major injuries. The roads have bike lanes with a lot of other bike/scooter traffic, so it's well marked. The bike rental place was great. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Good way to see Valencia - The bikes were fine and it’s a good way to great around gardens etc . There was no offer of a helmet and you were not shown details of the bike such as gears etc. also no map given and tips where to go . The man was very nice but this would have given a greater score .

Was a bit disappointing - Reception was friendly. The man who helped us had no idea how to deal with the tickets. Foreign. Bicycles were of poor quality, brakes were sticking. dynamo jumped up and did not go off, rear light broken, etc. We reported this and he would pass this on to the mechanic.

Very unfortunate - We (couple 65+) rented 2 electric bikes at the shop near the beach, after 5 minutes cycling my front tire turned out to be soft, borrowed from a passerby pump and nice and hard inflated. After 10 minutes soft again, pumped up again and quickly back to the shop. super friendly young lady didn't have a repair kit or any other electric bike. only two children's bikes, we took them because 1 electric and the other "just" is nothing. cycling to the city 3 times changed bikes because 1 saddle was so small there was not sitting on bikes, also the chain was still off. in the city bikes to be able to exchange for ordinary, good adult bikes. when we returned to the beach we proposed to rent electric bikes again the day after tomorrow but to pay for ordinary bikes, seemed real. but instead had to pay 30 euros extra because we had a flat tire!! The young lady who was standing there is not to blame, she could not change anything about it, all at the behest of the boss. Very unfortunate.

More than disappointing!! - Never again!!!! The circuit didn't work. The handbrake gave up while driving! ... and no technical help with our breakdown!!! 😂😂😂

BE CAREFUL! This place is to be avoided - Attention! They stole our bike from a place near the beach! There is insurance (which no one offered us). There were 4 little girls who didn't even know which way they were facing. They will charge you up to €400! Stay away from this place
