Closed shop no electric scooters - When we turned up to pick up the electric scooters, it turned out that you couldn't do that from the chosen store. You could book, but they don't have electric scooters at all. We were offered to pick up somewhere else, but it would have taken us several hours to walk there in the setting sun. So that was not an option. So wasted hours in Valencia because they have no control over their order page.
