Paella perfection - One of the best tours of this type I've been on. Both hosts were excellent, the facilities were fantastic and even the paella we cooked was excellent! I did this with my 15 year old daughter, and she really enjoyed the experience as well. As well as having great fun we both felt we had actually learnt some real skills as well as useful tips from Chef Daniel about cooking and the region in general. Highly recommended

Wonderful paella making experience - Wonderful experience. Excellent communication before the class on meeting points, what to expect, etc. we were 2 couples in a group of 11. So much fun. Excellent hands-on instruction for making the paella. Lots of wine and tapas to go along. Got all the recipes for home use later. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have chosen a better class - Great experience, I went with my friend and we both had an amazing time. We even got to cook by ourselves as we wanted different paellas. Overall the group was great, the organization was spot-on and the food and wine were flawless. 100% recommend 😁

Great experience - We had a fantastic time at the paella class with Chef Dani and Martha! Cooking with Chef Dani was a real pleasure; he explained each step with such enthusiasm that it made the whole process enjoyable and engaging. Martha's charming wine presentation added an extra touch to the experience, bringing the entire evening to life. Chef Dani and Martha are truly a dream team! The paella-making class was interactive and fun, and we left feeling satisfied, happy, and excited to try making paella at home.

Wonderful Paella cooking class! - Daniel and Thomas were great. We started with a walk through the city to the Central market with Daniel pointing out sights and giving us some history along the way. At the market we shopped for some local, fresh ingredients and then headed to the cooking school. We had wonderful wines, tapas and cooked an amazing seafood Paella. Daniel was a great instructor and did a wonderful job explaining the techniques. Hopefully we can recreate at home!

Great experience - It was my first time to do a cookery class and from the initial greeting and welcoming glass of cava the whole experience was brilliant. Danni was a knowledgeable chef who helped us to make a very tasty seafood paella. Emma was a brilliant hostess who kept our glasses full and told us all about local wines and grapes. The venue was very impressive and the interactions with the other people attending made for a great night. Would highly recommend.

Must do activity in Valencia - During the cooking class we were spoiled with lots of tasty tapas and drinks (and afterwards a delicious dessert). Daniel is a very sympathetic host who introduces you to the world of Paella in a personal way and with great passion. Facilities; Beautiful large kitchen and cozy dining area. In terms of level very accessible.

Book it!! - Me and my friend absolutely loved it. One of the most fun things we did during our stay in the city! Very friendly chefs who arranged everything perfectly. The tour to and through the market was very interesting to begin with. Back at ‘base camp’, they offer cava, wine and small appetisers during the cooking class (delicious). The end results were our freshly made paella’s which were suuuper nice. Totally recommend this one!

Highly recommend! - One of the best tours in all my travels! The guide (Daniel) was excellent. The brief walking tour at the start was a great addition. Cooking with a punch of fellow travellers was a fun way to meet others when travelling solo. The organisation was great, they were generous with their time, and they didn’t hold back on the wine!! I highly recommend this activity…worth every penny!!
