Left nothing to really criticize. - Cooking was enjoyable, especialy with Cormac being always alert for empty glases. A little more time for selecting the proper paella rice in the market would have made it an overall success.

Excellent, Quality, 5 stars - On Easter Sunday evening, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at the paella cooking class with wine tasting. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, with all the ingredients beautifully prepared and ready for us to use. My husband and I made a seafood paella, while our son and son-in-law created a delicious vegetable version. Both the seafood and vegetable versions were equally excellent. Our instructor, Dani, was incredibly knowledgeable about his subject, as well as warm, engaging, and full of helpful tips. His guidance made the whole process both fun and easy to follow, even for those who aren’t experienced cooks. The wines chosen were plentiful and delicious, and the atmosphere felt more like a lively party than a classroom—made even better by the lovely people we met along the way. We sampled a variety of delicious tapas throughout the event, which added to the overall experience. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and the techniques we learned truly elevated the dish. Thanks to Dani’s expert tuition, we ended up making what was, quite honestly, one of the best paellas I’ve ever tasted—and I’ve had quite a few! After the cooking was complete, we all sat down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour, which made the evening feel even more special and communal. Paired with the wine tasting and great company, the whole experience felt relaxed, sociable, and authentically Spanish. It’s an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting—whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable and enjoyable evening. Even though i'm an accomplished cook, I learned such a lot. Thank you, Dani and Victor—we had the best time. John and Deborah

Wonderful morning making authentic paella - Amazing morning with Daniel - we had a mini tour of the old town on the way to the market. Bought some essential ingredients and then went to learn how to make the perfect authentic Paella. I’ve been doing it so wrong forever :-) We were looked after so well by our hosts. We drank lovely wine and ate delicious tapas whilst making our paella and then sat down together to eat. Such a great experience - even if you think you know how to make Paella I recommend you go and learn from Daniel as I guarantee you will learn something new.
